i think these are horrible replacements for charisma.....these gurls don't have it....they need some new cool blood... a chick that is just like woah....like a chick as comperable to like Anna Kournikova or something....that can also act...shiz...these two are gonna kill the show...
 
I must admit i was quite surprised about Harmony coming back but i guess it is a good way to keep a bit of Sunnydale in Angel........but definately not a good replacement for Cordy. Oh Cordy, she will be so missed!!

But I try not to question Joss too much, in the end he always comes through.
 
Sarah Thompson plays Eve, who's gonna be on Angel. Anna Kournikova is this terrible tennis player but she makes a lotta money anyway 'cuz she's hot.
 
I dont think anyone could ever replace Charisma, she just does a GREAT job everytime. Im glad they're bringing Harmony into it though!
 
Man, I hope they use Harmony sparingly. She can be extremely funny in small doses, but she's a bit too one-dimensional (and annoying) to be tolerable on a constant basis. I'm hoping they use her in a one small scene/ditsy vampire gag per week capacity.

I just want some new people on the show, but it's going to suck if they don't at least, combined, equal out to something as entertaining as Cordelia.🙁

seriously though, I like Charismas character alot...but they destroyed Cordy. Personaly I won't miss her too much. But Harmony? hehehe tee hee hee giggle. whoa. She's coming back because of the relationship her and Spike had together.
 
Cordelia was a pain in the ass last season. Harmony is always funny, so that's a good replacement.

However replacing Lilah with Eve, I dunno, I mean, Lilah was sooo ... sweet?!?!?

Maybe they'll flesh out the layers of her character more, and make her more tolerable. Then again, Harmony might not HAVE any layers. Either way, I'm excited she's back.
 
i can barely take one ep with that whiny she banshee harmony...she's horrible...

slayerpower....anna was pretty damn ill in tennis...she was ranked 10th in the world at one time...thats pretty damn good...just to be ranked in the top 10 in any major sport is a great accomplishment...

i think cordy was in her prime when she tried out for that commercial...that was pretty damn ill...harmony and eve don't equal her....
 
Charisma Carpernter is leaving the show? I didn't know that. Anyway, who are these new girls you are talking about. I've never heard of them. Is there anyway any of you could post a link that has pictures of them or something? I would truly appreciate it if you could do that. Thank you.


P.S. Man, Cordy being gone, that totally sucks. BTW, could anyone tell me who is returning this season?
 
Heh, this may just be my creepy thought but I wish they could bring that Amy chick from Evanescence in. I think she'd be cool with Spike if he can't have Buffy. I don't mind Harmony as long as they don't put her back with him or waste too much time with her at all. She is a headache waiting to happen! As for this other girl Eve...I don't know. Somewhere around here I read that she was a possible love interest for Angel? I can't really see that. I guess we'll see what happens...
 
I am upset with Cordy gone but having Harmony around wont be so bad. She so will not replace Cordy, she is just too grand.

I defiently would love to see Lilah & Gwen over the course of S5.
 
Harmony ! ok she has her moments but you can only take so much of her and if they stick her with spike Ill not be a happy camper ! And why do they have to bring in the tennis chick I mean come on bring willow in at least we got some possiblities with her I miss Willow and hope she pops up at Angel alot maybe knock some sense into them and say what the ----- are you guys doing at wolfman and heart get your heads out of your and see whats going on LOL!!!
 
Wolfram and Hart rules.....but I prefer the old Angel Investigations office more. I also thought the 'undead' WH was rather exciting but then they coulnt get any work done could they?

Is a bummer though. All these shows forced to chan- wrong thread.

Bring in Xander!!!!!
 
maybe she feels like its time for her to leave...she's been playing cordy for 7 years already....i'd get sick of it...
 
I'll put my sarcasm aside and answer truthfully.

SHE HAS A KID!!!! So she wants to spend time with him/her. I don't pay enough attention to know which. Just that she has a family and a show. She choose family....I would too.
 
Charisma actually did not leave of her own accord. Whether it was WB network execs or even Joss himself who decided for her to leave is beyond me. I think it was the general consensus that her character had nowhere else to go (which I feel is total BS), although I've heard that she will make a couple of appearances during the course of the season to give Cordelia a proper send-off.
