The New Guy

Been on a 00's movie marathon of late with a friend and had never seen The New Guy until recently.

I loved Eliza's role but the thing that clicked with my brain the most was a film clip that was essentially a promo for the movie... (Much like Teenage Dirtbag by Wheatus was for the movie Loser)

I'm Just a Kid by Simple Plan. I used to dig their music heaps and recognized the dorky dude from the music clip in the movie, then it dawned on me who the brunette was.

Eliza sure did some cool movies back in the day- The New Guy, Bring It On...
