The newest rumours!

There are new rumors about Charisma Carpenter, Eliza Dushku and Danny Strong. Read all we know.

Not long ago there were rumors that David Boreanaz will play Superman in the 2006 upcoming new movie. Now it's told that Brendan Fraser will get the role. But their other new rumors about the cast:

There are about 5 candidates for the Lois Lane role at the moment. They are: Selma Blair ("Hellboy"), McG's friend Drew Barrymore, Claire Forlani ("The Medallion"), "Friends" starlet Courteney Cox, and "Buffy"/"Angel" babe Charisma Carpenter.

Also for the part of Wonderwoman there are more than one name on the list. Maybe Sandra Bullock, but also names like Ashley Scott and Eliza Duskhu can be heard. (darkhorizons.com)


And Danny Strong aka Jonathan also seems to get a new job:

Willow (Alyson Hannigan) and Drusilla (Juliet Landau) or rumors of an appearance by the Buffster (Sarah Michelle Gellar) herself.

As we all know from Spoilers,
Juliet Landau can be seen in the 8th epidsode of Season 5, I think thats a reason to look forward to a cameo of Alyson.

I so hope Charisma gets the role of Lois. I can see it now, she would be perfect.

Eliza taking on Wonderwoman, so has to happen. She would do it so well.

Oh WOW, Juliet in S5, WOOHOO. Didn't knwo she was going to pop up. 🙂

So glad ALYSON is appearing, I love her more than anyone.

Well thumbs up for Charisma and Eliza! And congrats Danny!

Brendan Frasier isn't confirmed yet, if you look at the trivia for the movie at IMDb, you'll have that there has been a lot of trouble with getting the right actors and directors.
 
they offered the character to ashton and justin too and they didn't accept.what the hell is up with clark?nobody wants him...
about brendan,it's fine to me,he's great..now i'm thinking about this,if db plays superman he would probably stop being angel,noooooooooo!!!!!--brendan:say yes!
 
Back in February or March, I read that David was going to play Superman, but couldn't because of his Angel schedule. There was an Angel outtake from "Calvary" that had DB fooling around and floating like Superman (special effects).

When fans read the post about DB back in March or so, not a lot of them liked the idea of him going from playing Angel, who's sometimes in leather (yum) and mostly dressed in dark colors, to DB playing a guy in red and blue tights!

I would have been happy to see David as Superman but I also heard it would have interfered with his "Angel" schedule.

I do not much care for Brendan Fraser ... though he was quite good in "The Quiet American."

I would love to see Charisma as Lois Lane ... I would be happy to see Eliza on the movie screen again ... as Wonder Woman or even Lois.

Truthfully though ... I could really see Drew Barrymore as Lois Lane ...

yes thank you and if only sarah would stop doing those darn scooby "poo" movies then everyone would be all suceessful i dont see charisma as lois lane though i see more lucy lui playing her but hey that me i do like the scooby doo movies though
 
I could really see Eliza as Wonder Woman, that would be awesome!!
And Charisma could play Lois, if you think about her in Buffy season 3, being all smart to impress Wesley, it could work.
Can't wait to find out how it goes, I always hope for the best for the Buffy/Angel crew.. Except for SMG's Scobby Doo movies.. <sigh> such a disappointment.

That would be the perfect part for her !!! But it would be so funny too !!!
lol, it's a bit hard to picture the rogue Faith in a costume, lol !
