I was watching Im a Celeb AU last night. They have put two poms in with the Aussies and its interesting to see that stark differences. Aussies are easily misunderstood by the wider world. The royal butler got upset because an aussie had strong opinions. 😳
Later in the show the model was talking about how she lost a friend to suicide and thats why her charity is beyond blue (same as previous models 🙄). The geordie shore pom said something that clicked to me - that the model had too much life too young, and thats why she is how she is. Made complete sense now that someone like me, who has lost dozens of friends to death, gets frustrated with people of a similar age group who are so sheltered and childlike.
Another observation this week, parents of teenage boys are as greedy as the children themselves. Don't take dozens of packets of chips and candy bars weekly for your greedy fat children, out of the hands of the homeless. Teach the little forkers how to cook oats and beans if money is tight! Whoops, was that a strong opinion?
