i think its a feeling you get. too make it easyer i use a centance that puts this "feeling" clearer. 'when we first kissed time stood still.' meaning time slew (< not even a word!, lol) down, or at least you thought so... well thats what i think we'er going on about! due to the things gasm has said, i put em together an came up with that conclusion! lol.
