Meh. sometimes I think that music is the only thing that keeps me sane because whenever anything bad happens or nothing at all happens I know the songs to cheer me up, to comfort me and to make me feel like I'm not alone and not the only person that has gone through my situations. I always just lie in the dak with my headphones on full blast when things get a little rough.
Also writing, not poetry or such, sometimes just writing down what i'm feeling or random thoughts help me say some of the stuff I have trouble telling people. And writing funny little stories cheers me up all the time too.

My writing helps me get all of my frustrations and anger out-it DEFINITELY keeps me sane. Also, sometimes when I need a dose of sanity, I sing a nice song with a powerful belt-like Whitney Houston or Christina Aguilera...It's a challenge to keep yourself on those notes, and it really keeps my mind off of the bad stuff in life 🙂

Ok, going a little deeper, I'd have to say that looking for beauty in the world makes me feal at peace.
When I get stressed out, sometimes it helps just to look at a tree, examine all the little twigs and branches, and be amazed at how intricate it is. Or it could be a person, like looking at an old guy and wondering where each line came from on his face. Or it might be looking at the sun or a sunset. Did anyone see American Beauty? It's kind of like that. Staring at a plastic bag, whirling in the wind would probably do it for me too.
I guess the world is just a cool place. It helps me to remember that sometimes.

Lol, well, I agree for stars & moon, but what really help me r writing listening music.
Also a few ppl have the ability to help me, but only maybe two or three, & they don't even know how much they help me. lol
