The Scoobies or Angel Investigations. Who's better?

Can't we have like a Versus battle World Cup stylee between characters to see who is the best? lol. This way is very hard

The Watchers: Giles v Wesley.
I love the development of Wesley much more but Giles has those sayings just casually thrown in to various Buffy episodes that make him the winner.

The Brains: Willow v Fred.
This is difficult as I love Fred's mousey ways and how she strives to be fearless even though there's not much to her combat wise. She does get a bit dull though whereas Willow constantly shines and is the best character in the Buffyverse, dark Willow, nerdy Willow, lesbian or hetero Willow - she is still <3

The Fighters: Xander v Gunn.
I'd call these the 'misfits' really. They're both so different in character/personality but both at some point question their place within their respective groups. I never liked Gunn. After a while he stopped being anything but a background character which is a shame as he had potential. Xander is someone you can identify with and is just the glue that holds the group together. I also associate him losing an eye with the foundations of Buffy's regime crumbling and them all casting her out.

The Bitca: Cordy v Anya.
I love Anya but Cordelia sways it for me for having more depth as a character. Anya was brilliant but Cordelia's journey to the eventual hero she becomes is just so perfectly done.

The Whining Teens: Dawn v Connor.
Connor ruined Angel imo. Whilst he'd be better in a physical confrontation, I just find Dawn the less irritating of two very pointless evils.

The 'Cool' Guys: Oz v Doyle
Doyle gets this one shockingly. 'Hero' is an episode that never fails to get me.

The Intuitive: Tara v Lorne
OK just because Tara is said to be very perceptive and have some psychic ability or some such and I wanted to include as many as possible! Lorne doing those high notes in a fight is just classic and he has many great moments but Tara just has a vulnerability that makes you want to take her home.
Winner - Scoobies

The Hero: Buffy v Angel
I'm one of those people that never has the protagonist as their favourite. I guess that's more because I can identify with the other characters. However, I'd probably pick Buffy.

The Hero: Buffy vs. Angel- I'm gonna go with Angel on this one. I like how his character went from being a brooding loner, to a funny caring guy. Buffy in my opinion got a little boring in the last two seasons. I didn't care much for her depression in season 6.

Winner: Angel Investigations

The Watchers: Giles vs Wesley- I was never a big fan of Giles. There are a lot of things that irk me about his character. Wesley was a lot more interesting in my opinion. And he was funny. His change in season 4 to a darker character also works in his favor.

Winner: Angel Investigations

The Brains: Willow vs Fred- I'm gonna go with Willow on this one. I think she is adorable. The fact that she has brains and power is a big plus. I don't even know why Fred was taken in by Angel and the gang. Why didn't they notify the authorities and have them find her family? I mean they had her first and last name. It just didn't make sense other than to add a new character to the cast.

The Human: Xander vs. Gunn- I don't care for Xander at all. He has to be my least favorite regular cast member on BtVS. Gunn was a very interesting character when he first arrived on the show. I wish they wouldn't have made him all about Fred in season 4. That was a mistake on the writer's part. My vote goes to Gunn.

Winner: Angel Investigations

The Bitca: Anya vs. Cordelia- Anya hardly contributed anything to the team. After she and Xander broke up, she became a burden. Sure she is funny but we already had funny Xander. Cordelia on the other hand was an integral part to Angel Investigations. Her visions, her fighting skills, her heart, and her sense of humor. Cordelia wins this one hands down.

Winner: Angel Investigations

The Whining Teens: Dawn vs Connor- I liked Dawn after season 5. She was adorable. I also like how they went and made her a klepto. Connor was only okay in season 5 of Angel.

Winner: The Scoobies

The Spike BtVS Spike vs AtS Spike- Spike on Buffy was always interesting. On Angel, he became comic relief. It kinda cheapened his heroic death on Buffy.
