Is anyone watching this on Oprah? Has anyone actually watched/read it?

Fragments of a Great Secret have been found in the oral traditions, in literature, in religions and philosophies throughout the centuries. For the first time, all the pieces of The Secret come together in an incredible revelation that will be life-transforming for all who experience it.
In this book, you'll learn how to use The Secret in every aspect of your life -- money, health, relationships, happiness, and in every interaction you have in the world. You'll begin to understand the hidden, untapped power that's within you, and this revelation can bring joy to every aspect of your life.

The Secret contains wisdom from modern-day teachers -- men and women who have used it to achieve health, wealth, and happiness. By applying the knowledge of The Secret, they bring to light compelling stories of eradicating disease, acquiring massive wealth, overcoming obstacles, and achieving what many would regard as impossible.

You watch Oprah? Why Miss Summers, I do fear I may have misjudged you.

I have no idea what this is, but it looks like a real money maker. 😉

pfft, you know you love Oprah... you lurve her ;)
No, I don't watch it actually. I was watching another channel with a boring movie on and there was a commercial about it. But they made it seem like Oprah was revealing some big secret lol, so I flipped it over to see what it was. And I was too lazy to change the channel lol

As I understand it it's a viral marketing campaign from a producer of an Australian cooking show, who claims to know the secret of life.

Originally they wouldn't tell you what the secret was, they just told you it was a secret handed down from the great minds of history. (Details to come soon. Only $29.95.) Apparently only this great lady (the cooking show broad) was able to decipher this secret.

It seems the secret is out now. Wanna know what it is? Just more positive thinking claptrap.

What's "The Secret?"

It's a controversial self-help book (and DVD) that has reached phenomenon status - by purporting to know "the secret" to happiness.

The book (Atria/Beyond Words, $23.99) has hit No. 1 on USA Today's best-selling books list.

Want a new job, a million dollars or a gorgeous girlfriend?

Author Rhonda Byrne says the secret is the law of attraction: If you think positively, you become a magnet that pulls everything you want toward you.

Brilliant. Positive thinking, huh? Make sure while you're thinking positively that you check left and right, that bus will run you over no matter what your thoughts are.

And when you attract the gorgeous girlfriend, you just keep thinking positively, you'll never know your best friend is boning her behind your back.

And when you get the perfect job, who cares if your work colleague is bad mouthing you to the boss, think positively!

And when I say this I don't wish to validate those morons who blame everyone else for their problems, but people screw you over no matter what you're thinking.

I don't know what I find more laughable, that people sell this crap, or that people buy it.

Yeah. Ever read the Diary of Anne Frank? There was a positive little girl. They still made her into soap though.

Ooooo! I saw this on tv the other night, pretty awesome. I've been successfully using the law of attraction to get car spaces and other simple things, but it's harder to think positive for longer periods of time.

While defeating Nazi Germany I created many myths, the soap myth might be one of the ones I created, there were so many.

By the way, was I the only one to get a Xander vibe from faith's post?
