Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

We have a whopper of a night planned for you tonight, Tonight is the biggest event on the Buffy-Boards calendar! And tonight we spared no expense in bring the best for our members, of course we are in a rescission, so we will be asking your dates to sign autographs, which you can buy from our BB store later on, where you can also buy BB's birthday products as it just happens this year that the Buffies falls on the same time as Buffy Boards 10 year anniversary!

I think we can all agree, that's an amazing accomplishment for any site, let alone a forum. Of course it all comes down to our members, we owe you a massive thank you, for continuing to grow with us, and keep discussions alive. Thanks of course go to my fellow Mods who run this site, and put so much of their time to making this an awesome place to hangout online!

But Most of all, a massive thank you to Darla, who has kept this place going and works tirelessly to keep us all together! So from all the Staff and Members, Thank you so Much for 10 years of Buffy-Boards!

Well to the main event!

Tonight we will have the mods presenting the awards to the winners, so without delay, I'd like to welcome HisMrs to the stage!

*enters the stage carefully, the train of her aqua chiffon gown flowing behind majestically. HisMrs hopes her nervousness over leaving Saffron alone at the table doesn't show, and smiles a dazzling smile at the crowd as she steps up to the podium, envelope in hand.*

Thank you all for being here tonight! It's my honor to present the first award of the night: The Giles Award. This award is for the member who shows the most knowledge in all things Whedon; the member who knows the answers to the toughest questions posed on our boards, such as whether or not Angel wears boxers or briefs, or what color nail polish Faith wore in the third scene of that one episode you can't remember the name of. *grin*
This member is always willing to step in and lend a hand by answering the questions we all want to know the answers to, and it's my privilege to announce the winner of this year's Giles Award is:

Before I announce the next award, I would like to take a moment to thank everyone who helped put these awards together. From each of you who sent in nominations, to Black Eye Guy for his tireless work putting this together, to HisMrs for making the awards and Enemies for the 7th Annual Buffies logo, and all the rest of the staff who equally put the time and effort in to make this a night to remember. So thank you.

Folks, I am truly honored that you would choose me for such an honor, especially considering the caliber of my fellow nominees, any one of whom deserves it far more than I.

And I truly regret that I wasn't present, if for no other reason, just to see the look on Miss K's face when she presented it to me. Hopefully, someone caught the moment on camera for me.
