I want a new bag. Crossbody type, not black, but not a light colour either. Black patterned would be okay. No tassels.

No tassels is easy! I would rip those off by accident very quickly
There is a Pandora bracelet I want.

Just bought a new cooker!

Just got my new MBP and having buyers remorse. Not because of the machine, just the bill. Now planning on which new phone to buy.

Do not do what I did and wait until after the seat of your jeans ripped open!

At least I have now bought a new pair and replaced some other clothes that had worn out.
Mine are on the verge of ripping, noticed this morning that they've gone very thin, thankfully had a gift voucher for my birthday and have ordered a new pair

Debating what new books to buy...I have some time to think about it, but I'll most certainly post about them when I finally make up my mind!

Found a bag I like but it's way over budget. No way I can justify spending £75 on a bag so now to try and forget about it.

Do you shop in tkmaxx?
@TamsinValencia yeah I went there a few weeks ago when I needed to go to the city, didn't see anything I liked. Did see another one I liked, but £120! I apparently have expensive tastes!

Time to drop subtle hints to people about ideal presents!

I went a bit mad and bought 7or 8 of these from Uniqlo last year (in different colours and patterns).

14.99 and probably the most useful item I've ever bought. I wear mine crossbody (not under my chin!). They're incredibly light and hold everything except the kitchen sink. Before this, I had a run on Fossil, Cambridge satchels and Doc Marten bags but a) they're expensive and b) bloody heavy.

Looking into tires for the Miata after spending $209 on a battery for the Subaru a couple of weeks ago. Various bids on the tires range from $840, $880 and $955. And the Subaru needs a new left front wheel bearing and the last job for the right front bearing cost $760. I am thinking about replacing the Subaru since it has over 310,000 km on it.

Went on a limb and checked out an overstock retailer nearby. “Ollie’s Bargain Mart”, which is actually really nice if you want to find stuff for cheap.

Definitely ended up being worth the trip. The two biggest finds were probably Doctor Strange: Sorcerer Supreme Vol. 3 (a $125 USD retail book) for $30 and Hellfire Gala: Red Carpet Edition (a $75 USD book) for $20. Hellfire in particular was a good find, since Marvel Comics has moved away from their oversized hardcover format in favor of more or less expensive versions. I sold mine last year when I was in a bad spot, so it was a nice bit of liberation buying it and owning again, if that makes sense.

They had a few other things that I picked up, such as the Star Wars “Battles that shaped the galaxy” book by DK (a nice big hardcover with great images detailing large conflicts from the shows, games, comics, and movies).

Definitely a place to keep in mind and check every few months for good deals on surplus/unpopular books. Personally would love to find the Luke Cage & Thor books people online report seeing. Even the Black Widow one would be nice. $30 USD is too good to ignore.

@TamsinValencia yeah but it'll mostly be used on ship, so I'll only need my cruise card and phone, it'll easily fit my purse and phone though. If I do take it out with me, I've got a little backpack for off ship, not that I intend to buy much when out.

That bag does remind me of one of those triangular Quality Street chocolates! But that might just be me. I am not obsessed with chocolate. At all.
Well I've seen
I wouldn't mind a nice Rickenbacker 12 string! Can I start a go fund me page for that?
Well I've seen GFM pages set up for way more stupider stuff and they raked it in so I guess it's worth a try. I could come up with some sad story to go along with it to help................ like my dog ate my homework. LOL 🤣

I was good today. There was this satin black shirt that looked really nice but it was £18 so i put it back because I have already spent so much on clothes.

I went charity shopping yesterday, got myself a new pair of boots, that I knew were a good deal, barely worn too. As well as 2 tunic tops, however the one is a bit tighter than I would like, but the pattern is better!

I do still need to get a pair of jeans though.

Waiting for Friday, because I have some things on the spending docket, especially since I’ll be getting ~$800 USD extra on this pay period (to account for the one that was skipped last month).

Some of the books I was looking at have been discounted/marked down, and I’m hoping the ones with the reduced prices stay until Friday. The markdowns are enough to save me ~$10-15 per book. The wait is killing me
