The Tattoo Thread no.2!!

What you're doing is incredibly romantic but I implore you to get something that's meaningful but not name specific. I almost did it and listened to my gut...sure enough we broke up a few months later. Don't get me wrong, I wish you two many, many years of happiness but don't jinx a good thing. The only names I've even considered committing to flesh are my kids. I've been married nearly ten years and I have never once considered putting my hubby's name on my body...lol.

Yeah Tammys saying the same thing to me. So im trying to think of a design I could have that means something to us. I hope we never break up but I suppose you never know what may happen.
 
Well, I got married on my one year anniversary and then got pregnant which results in as permanent a reminder so I can't say I blame you for loving her so much and wanting to do something to profess that love. You're a sweet guy and she's lucky to have you. 😉
 
I know it's not a tattoo, but I got my VCH pierced today.

If you don't know what that means, it's probably best you don't look it up!

That was my 18th piercing to date [5 in each ear; nose; tounge (which I took out); micro-dermal anchor in my cleavage; nipple x2; belly button [rejected] & VCH].

I am tattoo or pierced free (except for the ears), and I will stay like that 😀.
But since it's the tattoo board, I'd like to share with you the visit to a tattooshop from one girl here. It was in the news lately.

She said she fell asleep and didn't notice that the tattooman was putting 56 stars instead of the 3 asked stars on her face. Well it's her own fault, I don't think you should put tattoos on that age on your face (18), since well yeah they're quite noticable. If you get what I mean.

There is NO way you can just fall asleep while someone is tattooing you, let alone on your face, unless you're crazy high or drunk. The sound from the gun alone so close to your face would be very loud, and theres alot of sensitive skin on the face. It would hurt. Alot. If shes claiming she just fell asleep, I think theres more to the story than shes letting on.

Yeah, that is pretty noticeable. And now she looks a bit stupid. It would probably have looked quite nice, if it was just the original 3 she asked for, now she looks like a reject superhero.

That's awful looking! And I agree, there is NO way she fell asleep during the process. She has to be on something in order to fall asleep. And if she was, shame on the artist for proceeding. Around here a lot of the tatoo parlors will not do work on you if you appear intoxicated, medicated, "over tired", or not in the right of mind (so to speak).

I think she asked for it, then when her Dad freaked out she made up unbeleivable lies about falling asleep. There just no way she fell asleep. Apparently her Father drove her there, so I doubt she was high or drunk.

There's a HUGE difference between 3 and 56. There is no way anyone could be that stupid in terms of counting. I'm agreeing with ITD, totally on purpose and totally regretting it.

I've heard from multiple people it's the least painful piercing there is, and the quickest healing...
I really cant imagine it being not painful. Seems like there'd be alot of nerve endings down there. But I could be (and usually am) wrong.
 
It's not painful at all, if it's done correctly. Well, the actual piercing hurts, same as having any piercing but a little bit more sharper pain. But it's over and done with (like any other piercing) in a few seconds, and within an hour I had to check that it was still there as I couldn't feel a thing. If anyone wants more information about it then PM/VM me as going into the details of it would definatly NOT be PG-13 😛

I forgot to put in my list that I used to have a surface piercing in my cleavage but it rejected, so I let it heal and then got the micro-dermal instead.
