The WB are just mean! Haven't you noticed

Haven't you noticed that the Wb are really mean?
And I am not just saying this becoz Angel might end. But have you noticed that whenever they say they are going to close to a show down. They never take into account that there are many fans of that show and never listen tot the public.
Like Dark Angel, that was a really good show and I was quite a big fan of it, they just cut the show at the end of season three. Dark Ange was such agood show it could have run for many years.

Because there is that crap called reality TV that is taking over everything..that's all they care about anymore...soon TV will be all reality TV, we'll have no more decent television shows...
 
i know there are so many reality tv shows and most of them are dumb and really terrible. Angel is a really original show and especcialy now that buffy's over they should keep it running. There are so many fans!!
 
Fans mean nothing. If they can't sell advertising for a show it gets cancelled. End of story. No matter how much even they themselves like the show - it is a business.

but it would also help if they AIRED Angel promos on THEIR network. -goes off the write letter to DB-

It is a business. But no matter what show it is, if it gets decent ratings then there will always be advertisers wanting to pony up the dough. Angel got pretty decent ratings considering they are on a nothing network that a lot of markets don't even get(I'm speaking in one of them). Suffice it to say, Angel wasn't losing money. The really sad part is before the season the WB told the people at mutant enemy to do a lot of things. Change the show, make it lighter. Make the episodes more self-contained. And get better ratings. Which they did. All of those things. They performed all the tasks asked of the WB, and they still got canned. It's not fair, but as everyone has heard at one point or another, life isn't fair. We can still save this show though. Remember when The WB told Joss that they wouldn't pick up Buffy after season 5. I must say the situation is a little more bleak here, but not un-salvage-able.

I was finishing writing letter from yesterday when I typed that. And I bacially said that I was sorry about what happened to the show and I would support any project that he would do post Angel. Plus, I did so many drafts of that letter it was sad. (About 10 copys)
 
I probably write another one. I wrote one to Amy. I have 5 more to write. Then, the UPN one. My hand is going to hurt in the morning. Yup... poor David. 🙁

This is really going to keep me busy during Charmed. Boycotting during Sunday night is going to be hard. I love Charmed. Just think I can watch it on Tuesday, I can watch it on Tuesday. Hey, what is Sarah's fan address?

I hate the WB too much!...I would write a letter to tell them how stupid they are but that wouldn't help Angel anyway...
 
Thinking I'm gonna boycott watching the WB shows (even though I know one person won't do anything, I'm just so angry at them I can't stand to watch it), which is going to be difficult, I like many of them...Charmed, One Tree Hill, Everwood, Smallville....but Angel was the best show they had, 7th Heaven got picked up, that show has really run it's course IMO. So it makes me angry that a show like Angel, which still after five years is fresh and new, is the one on the chopping block...
