THE SAGA OF "ANGEL" DRAWS TO A THRILLING CONCLUSION WITH THE REAPPEARANCE OF DARLA, DRUSILLA AND ANDREW AS ANGEL SETS THE STAGE FOR THE ULTIMATE BATTLE BETWEEN GOOD AND EVIL
On Wednesday nights, the epic saga of ANGEL (David Boreanaz), the heroic vampire with a soul, will reach its thrilling conclusion. Leading up to the finale of this critically acclaimed drama, Darla (Julie Benz), Drusilla (Juliet Landau) and Andrew (Tom Lenk) return on May 5 as Angel and Spike (James Marsters) travel to Rome to fight their old nemesis The Immortal. On May 12, Angel carefully sets the stage to bring down the evil empire of the Senior Partners. Finally, the series concludes on May 19 with the violent death of one of Angel's closest friends and the ultimate battle between good and evil.
"ANGEL" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) "The Girl In Question" DARLA, DRUSILLA AND ANDREW RETURN AS ANGEL AND SPIKE SEARCH FOR BUFFY - Angel (David Boreanaz) and Spike (James Marsters) travel to Rome with plans to rescue Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar, who does not appear in the episode) from their old nemesis The Immortal. While in Italy, they also attempt to retrieve the head of a fallen demon leader to prevent a perilous power struggle between several warring demon clans. Julie Benz guest stars as Darla, Tom Lenk guest stars as Andrew and Juliet Landau guest stars as Drusilla. Alexis Denisof, Amy Acker, J. August Richards, Andy Hallett and Mercedes McNab also star. When Drogyn (guest star Alec Newman), the guardian of the deep well, makes a startling revelation, the gangs' fears that Angel has become evil seem to be validated.
SERIES FINALE - "ANGEL" - (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET) "Not Fade Away" THE END AND THE BEGINNING - Angel (David Boreanaz) and company spend the day as if it were their last as they prepare to bring down the evil Circle of the Black Thorn. Putting their lives on the line, Spike (James Marsters) confronts a demon cult, Lorne (Andy Hallett) faces off with Lindsay (Christian Kane), Gunn (J. August Richards) takes on an evil senator and Angel battles Hamilton (Adam Baldwin), the henchman of the Senior Partners. Vincent Kartheiser guest-stars as Connor.
