Folks, back awhile back, the Boards lost one of its finest and best loved members, a lady who we all love and admire. I made her a promise at that time, that if she would just come back, I would do the unspeakable: I would ship Bangel for an entire month. Well, she has finally taken me up on it, so the battle will have to rage on until midnight Dec. 29, without me manning the Spuffy artillery. I ask you all for your help and understanding, and I believe that you will agree with me that, to get Miss K back, it's a bargain well worth the price.

Welcome back, Miss K. I'll keep my half of the bargain. The rest is up to you.

As far as a banner is concerned, the lady in question can design anything that she deems appropriate, help me install it, and it will be displayed with no complaints from me for the full month. As for my avatar, a man's gotta take a stand somewhere. "Betrayal Hurts" stays.

I just want to clear something up.

WA came up with all of the terms of this bargain. I had nothing to do with its inception.

Also it was literally months ago when WA outlined the bargain, so to speak. In fact I had totally forgotten about it. I had already decided to come back and was posting again when WA reminded me about it.

So just so we're clear, he offered to become a Bangel for a month when he really didn't have to!

I think this just confirms what I have suspected for years now; WA, behind it all, is a Bangel in faux-Spuffy clothing 😀
