Okay, I was just watching Salvage and something just hit me. The sun is supposed to be blocked out, right? And yet, in Stockton, CA where Faith is, there's sunlight. I mean, if they sun was REALLY blocked out, wouldn't it effect the whole Earth - no, the whole solar system - and not just LA?

maybe the cloak or whatever that is blocking the sun is just put over L.A.? you know, so its not so much the sun that is blocked, just L.A. that it is unable to reach, because the area over L.A. is blocked. just a bad guess...im not really sure.

Yeah uit does say it's only over LA. It's never said to be all over the world, it was juts like it was starting with LA. Buffy is in the same Verse as Angel, if it had been the whole world then the sun would have been blocked out there as well!
wasn't there some sort of news bulliten in that ep that said something like a feak weather anomaly had blocked out the sun over LA? meaning that the rest of thr world was ok, since they never mentioned it?
and, yeah, agreeing with BEG. if it had been all over, then Sunnydale would have been thrown into permanent night as well, since they exist in the same universe, TV-wise.
