Actually I think it was the same fic! starting of a disturbing Dawn/Riley one then Ethan helped her and it became a Dawn/Ethan one

Hmm this is a fun thread.. I guess opinions vary big time on this particular topic..

Early season 1 of Buffy I actually was digging a little Buffy/Giles just because in my eyes it was a bit like Sydney/Vaughn from Alias, you know he was her handler, she was the it chick... but then I remembered her age, and Giles is more of a father figure anyway..

Willow/ Kennedy was awful to watch..

I can't stand to think about Bangel when I'm worshipping Spuffy, but generally I don't mind Bangel. I can't see how Bangel scenes would be vomit or headache inducing, just as I can't see how Spuffy would be for some..

And god forbid it ever happens Willow/Spike--I will vomit at this..

Also, Drusilla/Angel--just NO!

Sorry Spuffys, but I just felt their whole relationship was forced, IMO

I don't think Kennedy/Willow is a ship though, since no one likes them, but if it is I will change my vote

Buffy and Giles just makes me feel uncomfortable. And yet it is so popular everywhere else but here. There are hundreds, maybe thousands, of Buffy/Giles fics out there compared to only a dozen to a hundred fics of other Giles ships. I think every Giles fan on tumblr ships Buffy/Giles. It feels like incest to me too. Although, there are plenty of people on tumblr and also fanfiction(dot)net who ship actual incest pairings.

It's a scary world out there in the depths of the internet.

I wish these things didn't always turn into shipping wars. Come on guys, there are worse things than Bangel and Spuffy. Some of the things in here have been ridiculous.

I can tolerate sick pairings. At least they're memorable, even if it's for all the wrong reasons.

On the other hand you have a ship like Faith/Wood(har har) - a pairing so bland that the camera might as well have been filming a chair for all the chemistry or interest it generated.

Boring is worse than disturbing when it comes tot his sort of thing and Faith's relationship with Robin was the epitome of boredom.

The worst ship of all time ON the show for me was definitely Connor/Cordy. You know that scene where Angel catches them for the first time and he, like, tears things apart? Yeah. Mirror image of me. A second one would be Spike/Harmony. Blechhh!

Hmmmm... as for non-canon ships:
IDK, something like Willow/Jenny.

In the show I did not like Connor and Cordy. Just ewe...she should have been with Angel but then she was all evil and such so...meh
