Matt all the way!! I really liked Cher's audition, but since then she's been average for my tastes.

This season has been awful so far, the song choices have been weak and they seem to ignore the theme of the week whenever they feel like it.

As long as Cheryl wins again, I'll be happy.

It really has been awful.

I say roll on X-Factor USA and whole new talent base. The show really needs new life put into it.
 
Big fan of Cher, but am I the only one who thought this was overrated? She lost me around the 40 second mark and then they're like this was the best performance in the whole world ever and I was like...??????

It was tbh, 'cause this season has been shit.
It was the best performance imo. I don't know what it is, but Katie seriously annoys me. lol
 
Why do you think this was her best performance? Is the song supposed to be sung like that? I've never heard it before, but she kinda sounded..off..to me after the first minute. I also think that's why she was crying. During the judge's house rounds she cried when she couldn't do well because her throat was soar. I think she cried last week, not because she felt the lyrics of the song, but because she knew it wasn't that good. I think I stand alone here with my opinion. 🙁 lol Hopefully she brngs it back this weekend.
 
I seriously don't get all the Cher hype. Is it because she is doing rap and hip hop (and badly I might add)? She isn't being in the slightest bit original. I feel like the judges are lauding her with praise because she is doing something that they aren't too familiar with and so view it as different. But she isn't, not even a little bit.

I thought she sounded a little wobbly, but I liked the performance. Perhaps that's my bias for the song showing, because I love the song and I've not been too keen on Cher this far.

I suppose we're all different. The majority of my music collection is hip hop and rap and I think she is a joke.

*shrugs* Maybe she'll prove me wrong lol

Cher is my favorite this season, but her performances to me are a hit or a miss. I do think she is original and I would probably buy an album from her, but I think the judges are building her up like hyping her up more than they should. My two favorite peformances from her were the Viva La Vida cover and then Hard Knock Life. I just think she needs to find herself, but I respect the risks.
 
I really really liked Cher in her audition. She was refreshing, unexpected and had a funny attitude. 😉 But then she had really average performances I thought... At least until the Halloween week-end. She did great then. Probably one of the best that night. So I'm still rooting for her. But, not as much as for Matt.
 
Holy crap, Matt was AWESOME tonight.

Rebecca nailed it, but she always does, I didn't think her performance was any more spectacular then her previous one (I think she's one of the best though)

Indeed he was... I was not too excited at first because he picked a song he already sang, but damn it was great!

Rebecca is great, but I haven't really liked a song she picked, yet. 😛

I can't stand Cher. Really, really can't stand her. Her voice is just so annoying.

Matt hit the nail on the head once again though. He's got my vote 🙂
 
I dont really like anyone on it this year, Matts over rated! I cant stand Cher and Katie.... I would say Treyc is the best out of a bad bunch but it hurts me to say that because I cant face it if Cheryl wins again this year lol
