I found this blog on Tumblr that posts anti-Spuffy content via Buffy-Boards screenshots. LOL.

All the original BB posts are from @thetopher and were posted on June 6, 2016.

Seems like we have a member/lurker that really hates Spuffy (I swear it's not me!) or really loves Topher...or maybe both? 😀
 
I saw a post about it from a Spike stan a couple of days ago, saying it was a crazy Bangel blog.

I only scrolled the page really quickly and didn't notice the posts were all from thetopher.

I was even confused at first because I thought the tumblr was to call out anti-spuffys from the forum.

I looked at the blog more carefully and thetopher's posts span different years and different threads probably, but this person posted everything in one day and then got bored/forgot about the account?? This whole thing is weird...
 
That's really weird and creepy 😕 Apparently, there are people who can't have their owns opinions ^^ . But, this reminds me advice a good friend told me once : Be careful on what you say on Internet and Mostly How you said it

oh I thought you meant all the posts on that tumblr were posts thetopher wrote on june 6th lmao

It's really weird that they cared enough to make a tumblr, screencap the posts and then «abandonned» it.

But it has actually happened before. A former member- @janas showed me to a blog where somebody had posted some of my anti-Spike/Spuffy comments from this board and invited many ardent Spike fans to give opinions on them.
It wasn't nice, to say the least. But its what some parts of the fandom feel is acceptable; to target individuals for voicing views that they don't like.


I'm not sure this is any better really; the problem with posting part of an argument is that you miss context I think. The blog posts come across as really strident ranting for no reason, whereas I was actually debating with somebody who's own opinion is absent. This makes me seem like an ass.
...Which is fine but I don't want it to become common knowledge! That privilege is for BBoard members alone. 🙂


Anyway, I'm not sure how I feel about this but thanks for posting it!
Maybe I'll set up my own blog and spread Spuffy-hate throughout the web. *cackle!*

God, I hope not. lol.

And I don't have a problem with Spuffy in the comics, it's fine; dull but fine.

Indeed. Low quality post.

I could knock out something about Spike in the comics being a bit of a Marty-Stu and an enabler to Buffy's poor life choices, but I just don't have the venom in me for that. 😛

Of course you have! Don't sell yourself so short mister 😛 You should submit something directly to that blog. I would love to see his/her/their reaction lol.
