What are the most important things you'd like to do and achieve in your life whilst time is still on your side?

For me, here are a few:

1) Climb some of the highest mountains in the world

2) Meet or see in person some of the cast from Buffy

3) Write and complete a novel or book

4) Visit some different countries and cultures

There are many many things on my list but I'm going to make a HUGE one happen very soon! I just bought my ticket to Europe for this summer! Can't wait!!!!!!!😀

Teach my grandson the things that I wish my grandfather had lived long enough to teach me. (I know, that's rather obscure, but the specifics probably wouldn't mean much here, anyway. Just envision Conan's father teaching him the Secret Of Steel, only a more modern version without mention of Crom)

It sounds so cliche, but I really want to travel! I'd be so disappointed if I had never gone across seas by the end of my life. :/

My list is sooooo cliched. But whatever. It's my list, right? 😉

in no particular order, I want to:
  • fall in love
  • travel places I've never been (Canada, Ireland, Spain, and the UK are looking good!)
  • re-visit family in China...gotta brush up on my speaking and literacy 😛
  • cook a dinner with multiple courses
  • have/adopt a kid or two
  • bake my own bread from scratch
  • sky dive
  • write a piece of not-crappy fiction
  • go to New York City and listen to The Moth in person
  • go to Chicago and watch NPR's "Wait Wait...Don't Tell Me" live
  • go to Newport Jazz Festival
  • vote in a presidential election

that's it off the top of my head. 😛

awwww at the bread thing! Shouldn't be too hard ;)
1. Write a book
2. Open a book store/ publishing business
3. Fall in love
4. Get married
5. Start a family
6. Move to NY
7. Travel
8. Get rich

I probably have more wishes, but these are the main ones 🙂

my list is huge and ever expanding... here's some big ones...
-get married
-become a mom
-do something, anything, that means something

Doing either 1 or 2 will accomplish 3 ;)
- Moving into my own flat or house
- becoming a well-known and respected journalist/documentarist/human right activist
- spending a few months abroad in a foster family because I never got the chance to do that
- having my driving licence
- changing my eating habits
- becoming invincible
- haircut
- learning pole dancing (not to become a stripper, just because it looks fun and like a really tough sport)
- taking kick-boxing classes again
- having my own dresses/shoes/bag brand
- singing One way or another and Man! I feel like a woman in a karaoké
- (re)learning to ride on a bike. Seriously. When I was little it was taught to me, and I had just started getting it when they made me go in a bumpy forest with my bike. That didn't go very well.
- working on my lack of self confidence issue

And eventually, finding someone I feel like I could spend my life with and have children, but I don't want that before a looooong time. I think I'll start a family around 40, which gives me....waw, 17 years to accomplish all my to-do's after my studies!

Merci! J'essayerai!
Not that many really
- Buy a house/flat
-Travel to every continent, not including antartica
- See the Northern Lights

-Meet some of the members of Iron Maiden and have some CDs or something signed
-Meet Alyson Hannigan
-See AC/DC live at least one more time
-Watch all How I Met Your Mother episodes straight

I can't think of any more right now.
The hardest one is probably the one with meeting Alyson 🙁
But I'll probably do the HIMYM think this summer 😀

Hmmm...My Bucket List is always changing but what always seem to factor are:

* Get a PhD. Since I'm nearly finished my masters, that is becoming ever more tangible.

* Become a lecturer. Teach people the same way my best teachers have taught me.

* Live on/near the beach.

* Bring my Irish up to fluent level. My French too. (I have plans to do that this summer. My friend is going to teach me. Heee).

* Language again, learn Italian. I can never use it anywhere but there but I just love it. And that brings me to...

* Spend more time in Rome/Italy in general. Simply adore this country.

* Build my own home

* Own a '65/'66 Mustang.

* Learn to ride a motorbike and drive around Ireland one Summer.

* Route 66 with Lyri (also in the planning stages).

* Spend time in North Carolina. So so beautiful.

* Fall in love and actually get to be in love with that person.

* Take my whole family on a holiday, on me.

* Write something honest and real. Something I would want to put my name to.

* Whenever I am given the opportunity, remember to be happy.

Where in NC? The mountains?
I don't know how many more things I want that I don't have...

I want:
1. To dance with my son at his wedding.
2. To have/ adopt a daughter.
3. To visit the Mediterranean.
4. To get my Psy.D. or Ph.D. I'm not satisfied with my Masters.
5. To sell my starter home and buy my dream house...wrap around porch, big oak tree, multiple acre farm house.
6. To be old and happy sitting on aforementioned porch in a swing, holding hands with my sweet hubby.

That's a good start I think.

Never stop evolving - Love that!
1. Live in the USA. I don't care where. That is where I belong.

2. Write a novel. One that can actually be published, even though it would probably end up in the 'Adult' section of the bookstores, lol.

3. Start studying art history again. I'm not saying it's something I would want to make a career out of, but it's something that fascinates me.

4. Write a graphic novel.

* Route 66 with Lyri (also in the planning stages).

5. See above. 'Cept, where she said 'Lyri' you read 'Kean'.

6. Get a tattoo. My first two are in the planning stages, I just have to pluck up the courage.

7. Have a job that I actually love.

8. Learn how to speak another language. I don't really care which language.

9. Own a '67 Chevy Impala (Yes, I am THAT much of a fan girl)

10. This is the big one, the most important thing I want for my life - A life without constant and crippling pain. This is also in the planning stages.
