Things you're proud of

I started my own business!

Have read 47 books so far this year.

And I'm pretty happy with my spiritual growth and how it's progressing. That takes a lot of work and thought. For reals.

Yay!

I love this thread! You know, my kids will get so proud of themselves for like all kinds of things...my 4 year old will hop up and down on one foot and she'll look at me, face beaming, with big shining eyes "mommy! Look what I can do!". I'm trying to remember the last time I felt like that.

Awwwwww..... :D
Having a happy, functioning marriage (a small miracle given that all I've ever had is how a marriage SHOULDN'T be) and a great kid.

Surviving a rough labor/delivery, ending with pushing with no drugs - childbirth was always a bit of a phobia for me, so this was a Big Deal.

AMEN to the part about a marriage. Too many people seem to think marriage is something you can throw away as easy as a plate of old food these days.
I'm proud to be an AMERICAN where at least I know I'm free! And I won't forget the MEN WHO DIED to give me LIBERTY! WHO GAVE THAT RIGHT TO ME!
