I've been planning on getting a tat for a long time now, and I've got a few designs in mind, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any good sites for designs and such. If you have any tat stories, do share, too!

Thanks for the links, Old Master! But...*laughs hysterically at the sumbarine innuendo...* I've seen a lot of the more...private...tattoos on a lot of the pages I've visited. Nothing but a large amount of alcohol could induce me to pull that off. And I do mean a large amount!

Tats are awsome I have two (one on my hip bone and one on the small of my back) but my best friend disigned them both, if you would like I can scan some of her drawings and e-mail them to u!!!

I have 3 and all of them were designed by people I love - makes them so meaningful to me, especialy since one of my friends (who designed my first one) lost his battle with cancer in 98. I just feel so lucky to have a permanent reminder of him.

I'm definitely NOT a tat person, but one of the coolest was the inscription on the One Ring from LOTR around a guy's bicep. When I identified it, he was surprised...most people think the elvish characters are arabic...

If your "artistically inclined" friends are any thing like mine that won't work. About a year ago I comissioned my friend Stacy to do the art work for an... "organization" of mine and I have yet to recive anything from her. ::bsad::
