Where's Caritas?I can't find it.When I access my code, to enter a page it won't work.

Never mind I found it.But what are the Dormitories?How come I can't enter those pages?I put my password, but it didn't work.

You can only enter a dorm that you have been given the password for. Once you have been sorted into one then you can only access your own.
