This is pretty random, but one of the guys on gogglebox said he poured an espresso over a bowl of vanilla ice cream and it was gorgeous. I'm now fixated on this idea and need to try it. Anyone else done this?

There are both Coffee and Espresso available as ice cream and frozen yogurt flavors locally, and I and my wife love them.

But how about the taste? The final consensus was that it actually wasn’t that bad! Sure, the coffee left a slightly bitter aftertaste, but by no means was the rice inedible. Instead, it had that a “healthy” taste like something you’d find in a health food store.

Haha, that made me laugh. "Healthy" taste = not that bad 😀

Before I became lactose intolerant, I loved loved loved ice cream with coffee. Now (if you drink alcohol), you can also add either an ounce of Bailey's or Irish Cream to make the perfect ice cream/coffee combo!

As a side note, coffee goes well with anything, I would def eat coffee rice 😛

I rarely drink anything else 😀

I love Baileys ice cream but it would never occur to me to make my own by pouring an actual glass of Baileys onto vanilla ice cream. It sounds absolutely delicous and I intend to give it a try - thanks
