Their both pretty sweet, but I would say Lorne as we got more of a back story and reason to care with him.

Someone else pick one I can't think.
 
Lorne. Clem as a recurring character is OK, but if he joins the main cast it would be less fun.

Gross Demon: Balthazar or Maggot Assassin?
 
Maggot Assassin was cool, and actually rather creepy.

The Mayor or Holland Manners?
 
Both are bad. But I'll go with Angel's father, for the accent alone.

Giles' red BMW (Real Me) or Xander's Chevrolet Belair convertible (The Zeppo)
 
I like the Chevy more, not a big fan of BMWs

Graham or Ben?
 
Ben, because at least I remember who he is. Granted, Ben's actor wasn't that great either, but Graham didn't do anything aside from give Riley a reason to leave in Season 5.

Charisma Carpenter or Emma Caulfield?

Guess you're wondering why I'm the one challenging you on this😉 But I think its the oppisite with Mr. Trick I thought he was an awesome character who in the end didn't get enough sceentime.

Buffybot because it at least fulfilled its purpose and I thought led to some interesting storylines.

Mr. Trick should work independently. The screentime after he worked for the Mayor are in my opinion wasted because he and the Mayor are not different enough to make very interesting interaction. They basically compete with similar characteristics in front of the audience and he lost the competition to the Mayor.

Reptile Boy. Inca Mummy Girl plays "desperate for a shag" Xander to a point that's boring.

You make a good point, but then I do think that Trick has that slippery, slimey sort of quality which works quite well for a supporting bad guy, and I found it fun when he slipped up and the Mayor would warn him about doing it again.
