Just imagine for a moment that, instead of Faith returning in Season 4 and swapping bodies with Buffy, The body swap was between Spike and Angel. How do you think that the two characters would have adjusted to the change? (Not the actors, because both James and David are perfectly up to the challenge, but the characters themselves. Spike trying to imitate the Great Poof and Angel trying to be Blondie Bear) The comedic possibilities are boundless.

That body-swap would have been the coolest thing EVER. God, I wish that would have happened.

I can totally see Spike imitating Angel's constant paranoia about his hair, and Angel mocking Spike's over-the-top bravado and zest for those onion flower things. I can also completely see Spike messing with Buffy's head while in Angel's body, and Angel dying Spike's hair black just to spite him 🙂

I'm actually in the planning process of writing a fanfiction where Xander and Spike switch bodies, which I think would just be freakin' awesome.

As for Spike and Angel, I have to admit that would also be pretty amazing. I agree with Joan about them making fun of each other's habits!
