I know this might sound weird to you, but...I dont care...ya'll know me enough by now to know Im crazy!
Anyway, do any of you have favourite moments on Buffy that are so small, they're rarely recognised?
I just have some moments that are special to me, that arent really talked about, here are some of them:

Chosen - Anya does a move when fighting the Ubervamps, where she blocks an attack then hits them, then slices and dusts, and slices and dusts.

Pangs - At the dinner table, Spike says ''Oh...come on'' or something, and off-screen you can see Anya sort of laughing while she's putting the fork in her mouth.

Graduation Day (Part One) - Buffy and Faith fight. There's one move in there I love. Faith goes to attack, Buffy blocks and does a small uppercut...

Nightmares - When Willow's on stage, and she tries to sing. ''Aaaah!''

No Place Like Home - Buffy tells Giles he'll be making money hand over fist. Then she actually waves her hand over her fist, and shrugs her shoulders.

The Zeppo - The scoobs think about burning the sisterhood demons, and Willow cries out she brought marshmellows, then she says:
''Occasionally, Im calous and strange...''

Shadow - Anya's ''Hey...Hey...Hey! HEY!!!''
Need I say more?

Blood Ties - Buffy is opening her presents and Anya picks up her new dress. Anya says ''Its just so lovely, ooh! I wish it was mine!''
The best part is the face she pulls!

Ok, I have loads more, and you'll notice, most of my fave parts include Anya...but does that shock you?
It shouldnt...

"¢ The star-struck look on Buffy's face when she finds out the vamp she's facing is Dracula
"¢ Dru lifting the blindfold from her doll eyes so she can poke her fingers into them, Three Stooges style. Actually, pretty much everything Dru did in season 2 should be on this list. 🙂
 
Apocalypse, Nowish - The Beast hits Angel and sends him flying backwards onto a apron thing thats coming out of the wall. When we see Angel's face next he is in vamp face.

Apocalypse, Nowish - Wesley pulls his Shotgun out of nowhere and fires at the Beast

The Trial - After the trial Darla calls him Angel instead of Angelus for the first time

Redefinition - Angel setting Darla and Dru alight
 
In Hush, they are in the classroom, learning about the gentleman, xander writes, "how do we kill them" Buffy makes a jerking hand motion, they all look at her like this sick perv. so she pulls out a stake and makes the same motion, they all are like... oh

I would seriously have to think about this but as far as SMALL things one thing poped RIGHT out...of course it was Spike. In OMWF I LOVE how when he first started to sing the first couple lines of his song how his voice was all sweet but that look on his face when he realizes he's not so "imune" is pricless...lol...it just kicked ass that they didn't match. I don't know...I'm going now...

Did anyone else love the look on Willow's face when she realized she had breasts in Dopplegangland? "Ooh, look at those." Priceless ... 😀

And I love that entire conversation between Willow and Spike in The Initiative when they are talking about Spike not being able to 'perform'. I love it. 🙂

In S7 Buffy was hardened from 7 years of slaying, yet I think we saw more actual Buffy-tears than in any other season.

Buffy cries over Spike on the cross--Beneath You.

Buffy rescues Spike in the cave--Showtime.

Buffy tells Spike she loves him--Chosen

Speaking of little things and Chosen, I love the slayerettes scrapping in the background in Chosen.

Chao anne (I think it is) flying 30 feet in the air at the Turok Hans, with a weapon in either hand.

Chao anne again, doing rapid slash moves on a much bigger Turok Han.

Vi snarls, "These guy are dust"

Every fight-move Vi makes after that. In particular the one where she slashes the Turok Han's throat.

In the background Vi pulls the Turok-Han off Buffy after it stabs Buffy in the back.
 
There are so many little moments which I love, I will mention a few:

I Only Have Eyes For You; the whole "Don't walk away from me bitch."

OMWF; the smile Anya does during If We're Together, is she meant to do it or not? LOL

Passion; Willow thanking Buffy for letting her stay over "Thanks for letting me stay over on a school night and all."
 
I love the scene in the Zeppo when Xander is first talking to Jack Otoole and goes 'too high to get over yeah yeah, remember that fun song' he does this cute little dance thing which is so sweet.

Also in the Zeppo the look on Willows face when shes talking about her dreams and says 'And one time I dreamt that it attacked me when I was late for a test...and naked' The Look id just so cute.

The whole Anya speech of 'you know what else is unamerican - french people'. I love it . it cracks me up.

Not sure which ep but Giles jumping in and put of the circle and Buffy saying 'Thats what its all about'.

Five Words 'Out...For...A....Walk....Bitch'

I dunno why but I also love the scene in Bad Girls when Faith comes up to the window and draws the heart in the window and stakes it.

In Fear itself, all of Oz's little jokes about him being God, for example.

Buffy: Thank the Lord
Oz: You're welcome.


I'm wierd too!I love little moments, I guess i just love everything about the show.
 
I completely forgot about Bad Girls! That thing in the window was just perfect. 😀
 
I paused my DVD when Angel jumps in the water after Buffy in "Surprise" and the stunt double was floating face up, lol. Angel didn't really need to save her...
 
I forget the ep, but in season two, Oz is looking at the cheerleader statue in the trophy case and says something like it's creepy how the eyes follow you...and you know it's Amy's mom!

In the gift, Spike and Giles show that they have a lot in common (other than being Brits):
Spike: "It wasn't the St. Crispin's Day speech".
Giles: "We few, we happy few."
and Spike twists the next line: "We band of buggered."
 
I love the bit in the ep where giles turns into a demon (cant remember which one)and he chases after Maggie Walsh that bit cracks me up...
And in the ep where Faith tries to give Angel his soul back and she says "im the worlds best actress" then Angel in the background says "second best" i love that bit for some reason.

Can't really think of any thing small, perhaps back in angel season 3, forgot which ep, when Angel has been shopping with Cordy, that made me all warm inside.
 
The best part about this thread are the little visuals you get with each one. 🙂 But here's mine.

The little stagger Spike does when he first sees Buffy's corpse in 'The Gift'.

Spike hugging a cross. Nuff said.

The deadly serious protective look Giles gets when first confronting Ethan Rayne.

In The Gift again, Buffy's response to 'you're just a girl': "That's what I keep saying"

Giles and Joyce sitting on the floor, listening to music in Band Candy.

Anya, and the way she straightarm pats people to comfort them. (lol!)

Absolutely any expression the Mayor ever made.
 
I like the bit in Chosen when Buffy and the original Scoobs meet from 4 directions; North, South, East and West, to have a little gabfest.

It points back to Primeval, and says all is forgiven. The Buffy core are once more a single, solid fighting unit.
