Those Monsters and Eggs inside the building

Remember in "The Gift", when the dragon comes out of Glory's portal and then a building has a bunch of demons and eggs come out of them. Wtf was that?

It was this

where the heck did these come from? an eletric storm struck the building and ripped open of what was underneath.

I agree with david4wt, and I found them really cool, they look like the aliens from this film, ahh I forgot the name...I think it's called Aliens vs. Predator.

This was a really well done scene! Made the hole situation more scary... Loved them

Wouldn't it be logical to say they came from the Glory hole Dawn's blood unlocked if other monsters were spewing out?

Yeah, I also just assumed that they came from Glory's home dimension. Though they did just like, magically appear, as opposed to coming in and taking up residence . . .they were just suddenly there . . .all homey in their weird building of grossness . . .

Side note: I haven't actually seen AVP yet because those aliens scared me so much when I was a little kid.

Why would they every need to spit acid and why do they need another nasty little mouth in there? Seriously, one mouth is enough . . .

There was also a dragon that flew out of one portal so they could have come from any of the hundreds of hell dimensions, it didnt just have to be from Glory's.

And I always wondered what happened to that dragon after it flew through the portal into our dimension. My best guess is that it went to Japan and became a stunt double in all those Rodan movies until it was recruited by Wolfram & Hard to help destroy Angel and the remnants of his crew in "Not Fade Away."

Hahah I find this so funny for some reason. It's weird, this is one of those things that just lingers at the back of my mind, you know, like why are bananas...called bananas? If you really think about that, it just seems so strange.

It's just weird because they put it in the opening credits and left it there for the rest of the show. It's such a familiar image...yet such a strange one. I mean I know where they came from, some random hell dimension, but something about them bursting out of their eggs just seems...not right. I've seen so many wrong/abnormal things on Buffy, but something about those demons just doesn't sit well with me.

And what the hell happened to that dragon??
