Sorry, I just had to brag and I probably picked the wrong place to post...again, but this forum LOOKED right.
My kids had a "Trunk Or Treat" at the school tonight and when I got home and pulled up the pictures, I just HAD to post the one.
My 5 year old is Buffy and my 7 year old decided to be Spike. (And the other one is my neice). It was really just the SERIOUS look on my daughter's face. There's tons more, of course, but I figured I'd save everyone the pain of having to see them all.

Don't worry, it's not a real stake. We made it out of foam rubber....you know, just in case she tries to stake her brother for some candy!

Oh man, I love the costumes. They look so adorable. I love the serious "Buffy look" on your daughter's face. She really does look like a slayer. And the way you painted your son's face to look like he had the cheekbones is cool. It's funny that your niece is Ariel cuz The Little Mermaid is the best Disney movie ever. LOL
 
That's so cute. I like how determined little Buffy looks. And how little Ariel is getting in on the action with her...scepter? And the guy in the background just looks like "zomg"
This is just the cutest, I'd love to see more actually.
 
keep your eyes peeled and your ears open because if joss whedon sees that pic of your daughter he might be enticed to cast her in a new series called "buffy - the younger years."

That's funny because she'd give a KIDNEY to do that. She's not only Buffy obsessed (maybe more than me and she's not even allowed to SEE all the episodes yet) but she's DYING to be a little actress. Mean old Mommy just wants her to chase her brother around the backyard with sticks...not be a child star. Although....for Joss....I could be driven to reconsider.
 
Well, I can see why she wants to be an actress, cause that's Buffy there allright, her facial expression absolutely reminds me of Sarah. The kids really look adorable.
