Everyday we all should learn something new. Today I learned 129 gallons is a buttload of wine. Literally.

What did you learn today?

You just taught me something new! Now I need a butt load of wine.
Today I learned that low-income smokers (those in households making under $30,000), spent an average of 23.6% of their annual household income on cigarettes.

This reinforced my opinion that cigarette tax is an evil type of tax solely on the poor. It should be repealed.

Wow, that's a huge percentage.

Check out stats on mentally ill too - proven to benefit some illnesses, specifically inpatient
Today I learned that The Terminator may actually be a metaphor for toddlers.

Listen, and understand! That toddler is out there! It can't be bargained with. It can't be reasoned with. It doesn't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And it absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead.

I disagree (that's a surprise) the last sentence should end, 'when you let the bab have their way.'
Today I learned the value of patience, and that not doing too much is sometimes a good thing. And that 75% of runners get knee injuries, so at least I'm in the majority.

I must admit I am curious, what were you doing to learn that Patience only charges $125 for 30 minutes?
Today I made some "nice cream" and was experimenting with flavors. I learned that wheatgrass ice cream is not a thing for a reason. *urgh*

Spirulina ice cream is the bomb though!

Not a "nice cream" exactly, but I tried a dill pickle ice cream the other day and it was oddly refreshing.

Ohh, I love dill.
1. Odin was also the god of knowledge and sacrificed an eye to learn about his future. Also he hung up himself as a sacrifice.
2. In Norse religion human sacrifices seem to have been common.
3. Sleeping Beauty has a very creepy ending in its original version: The prince who saves her after 100 year of sleep in the disney version is actually a king and he does not kiss her, but rapes her, than she gets pregnant and after 9 months is woken up by labour pain (alternatively by one of her kids sucking the wood piece out of her finger). The king finds out about sleeping beauty waking up and brings her home to his castle, where he has wife, who gets jealous and murders sleeping beauties kids. (additionally feeds them to the king)....
4. You can fry cucumbers and eat zucchinis raw. Pretty bizzare.

Today I learned that caterpillars doesn't gradually morph into butterflies. They melt themselves to a status like all their cells turn back to stem-like cells and then regrow into butterflies.

Wait...huh?!
Today I learnt the importance of always being your absolute best shining self when bartending when it turned out one of the guys I was serving was the owner of the entire place I work at. Thank God I killed it with product knowledge, top quality bar banter and dimpled smiles a plenty.
