Today I learned that, depending on use, the average sports bra has about the same shelf life as a toothbrush... I don't get new ones nearly enough if that's true! (I'm not even in the same neighborhood as 'nearly')
Today I learned that weather can be predicted with a much greater degree of accuracy by measuring the activities of the sun and solar winds rather than examining weather patterns.
Apparently there's a weather station in Wales that is three times more accurate in its predictions than anywhere else because it does this very thing.
I also watched 'The Chine Syndrome'- a famous anti-nuclear power film- which (much to my actual surprise) didn't have a single coherent argument against the use of nuclear energy past 'this future thing is BAD! Fear it.'
Just sounded like religious dogma to me.
