what? what life-friggin-affirming thing are you going to do today? What little special thing are you going to do that makes you happy? What steps are you going to take to make your tomorrow better than yesterday?

Today is gunna be the day that I shine a bright light on the cobwebs of my mind. Winter comes, let the vines of past memories that wrap around my mind wither and die. Let the cold, comforting snow of days yet to come, smiles left to see, blanket my mind. For one bright shining moment I am free from pain and doubt. Free. Today I make steps to ensure it lasts longer than this moment.

What is today going to do for you? How will today shape the rest of your year?

Today is gunna be the day that I shake myself, wake up, and force myself to sort my stupid life out. Wish me luck.
 
Today is gonna be the day that I finally pull myself together and read something for class!
 
Get of my lazy ass and start writing a 15,000 word chapter? Which when completed would put me half way through the first complete draft of my PhD.

Yeah, better get on that really. Seeing as how I have managed to turn doing nothing into a vocation.

Yes. As I have cornered the market on the Doctrine of Slackerdom. No Phds left to give. You could apprentice under me though.
Today is the day I feel Happy , because I had time to rest and think of the future. Not wondering whats round the corner but just waiting, waiting for something wonderfull to happen x
 
Today is the day that I decided to quit my current uni education, which bored me to tears most of the time. Here's to future jobs/education that are more interesting. :cheers:
And today is the day that I'm gonna start posting a bit to these boards again, been completely absent for a while (not even lurking).
(As a sidenote; this week was the week that I first fully realised that I'm bisexual (and hyposexual/semisexual too at that) )

Today/this week has been a good one. :smile2:

Today is the day Paris Hilton's My New BFF concludes and I'll mourn the loss of my weekly dosage of unfiltered stupidity to keep me centered. 🙁
 
Today will be the day that I DON'T go out and get drunk on a wednesday.

Tomorrow will be the day that I'm NOT hungover for a 10 hour shift!
