Top Tens Part 11

@NotASlayer said: Would kill to have Seven's figure... 😀 Would also rate Picard higher, but that might be influenced by the fact we are from the same neck of the woods. 😀

And I would kill to have Kirk's charisma. 🙂

I was actually really unsure how to rank Picard, Archer, and Sisko in relation to each other. I took awhile to make up my mind. It's no shade to Jean-Luc. I think all of the five protagonist captains are great, and it was The Next Generation that got me into the franchise when I was only four years old.

Good one. I'd have to think real hard to make my own list, but there are definitely things on your list that would be on mine too. Maybe I'll do this. And a vampire film list.
Top Ten Therianthrope Films (in no particular order)
Therianthrope is the broader category term for humans who can turn into animals, as opposed to lycanthropes, which are specifically humans that can turn into wolves. I broadened the category because I needed to include Cat People and Curse of the Cat People. They're just too good to leave off such a list.
  1. The Wolfman (1941)
  2. Wolf (1994)
  3. Teen Wolf (1985)
  4. An American Werewolf in London (1981)
  5. Werewolf by Night (2022)
  6. Wolfen (1981)
  7. Cat People (1942)
  8. The Curse of the Cat People (1944)

I highly recommend Newsradio. I used to watch it a lot when it was on. It's a really funny show.

Top Ten Favorite Survivor Girls (Female Survivors of Horror Films)
(in no particular order aside from Sidney, who is my favorite)
  1. Sidney Prescott (Scream)
  2. Laurie Strode (Halloween)
  3. Jill Johnson (When A Stranger Calls, 2006 remake)
  4. Stephanie Maine (The Stepfather)

  6. Mae (Near Dark)
  7. Nancy Thompson (A Nightmare on Elm Street)
  8. Ellen Ripley (Alien)
  9. Sarah Connor (The Terminator)
  10. Jennifer Lansbury (The Case of the Bloody Iris)
Yes, I have played a little loose with the term "Survivor Girl" in regards to Mae from Near Dark as she isn't the sole female survivor of a horror movie event but rather survives along with a male compatriot. And she is both victim and victimizer to some degree, as she was also a part of the bad guys' group to begin with, but it's my list, okay? Deal with it. 😛

I'm also sure that there are a ton of films I'm overlooking. My brain just wasn't doing the work I needed to today. So this could be a little different on another day, though some entires I know would definitely stay (Sidney, for sure.) Anyway, enjoy. 🙂
