Torchwood *SPOILERS*

i tuned in on Wednesday purely to see the lovely James...and i think i miay have fallen in love with ths show along the way. i loved the dynamics between the group, and i wanna know what happens next. i'll be watching next week for sure.

and BTW, didn't James look HOT?! 😉
 
I just started watching it! I loved the intro of Jack, one shot, dead! Bye bye fish face. Intro of James was even cooler, walking through the rift all cool and bad ass! Hahahaha I loved how he just dropped the guy! "Did I mention I'm armed?" haha I already love his character! "Help me obiwan kanobee, you're my only hope" :lmao:

"It is more fun when he's around though" lol and they all agree!! I forgot how much I loved this show! And the bickering between who was the wife !! Hilarious!! "Whoops" "Whoops"

Loved that he's still alive. No idea what he meant at the end. Seemed to mean alot to Jack though.

So far he has been amazing as Spike, amazing as Prof. Milton Fine(smallville), amazing as Charlemagne(Andromeda) and amazing as Captain John. :coolman:

Great first episode! I'm going to go watch it again
 
This is the first episode I've watched of the show. I'm definitely thinking about getting season 1 on DVD to catch up. I don't get the love interests though, Gwen loves Jack (it appears) but she's engaged to Rhys and she had an affair with Owen in season 1 (I've read episode guides). Jack seems to like Gwen but asks out Ianto and definitely has a think got John. It definitely keeps you on your toes.

As far as episodes go this was a very cool opening episode for the season. James was great as John. I can't wait till next week now.
 
Just saw the newest episode, pretty awesome. Not as good as the first episode with James in it, but I enjoyed it alot.
 
I've caught about half the first season of Torchwood,so I didn't walk into it blind...so to speak.

That said....WOW! Marsters was damned good in the ep,and it seemed to show in his performance. You could go along with Capt. Hart's shifting loyality(he's a good guy...no,wait,he's a bad guy...oh,he's got an explosive device slapped to his chest,so we gotta root for him)very easily.

Jules: True,the shifting love lines is something you have to get used to with Torchwood.
 
I've just watched episode two. I'm glad the romance wasn't played up in this episode. It was less confusing lol

Ianto seemed like a different character in this one, he seemed a lot more laid back, less serious. It was such a heartfelt episode. I'm glad it focused on Gwen and how she cares for people. Jack came across as almost heartless 🙁

I've just watched Wednesdays episode and I loved it. Jack loves Gwen yay...ok, he didn't actually say it but when she was threatening to quit his speech was lovely. Next week episode look very interesting.

ok, fangirly moment over.

i don't like the Jack/Gwen thing. i never have (even though i only started watching at the beginning of S2. i've since bought the S1 boxset) i perferred Gwen/Owen, i thought they were good togther in a weird way.

not sure how i feel about Rhys finding out...i liked the fact that Gwen had to lie to him about everything. (hey! who called me evil?)

next week's ep looks interesting. can't wait to see it!
 
I don't see why she's even with Rhys. I've not watched season 1 but I know she had an affair with Owen, I think and when she was kissing Rhys in last weeks episode she had her eyes open and was staring at Jack. It was kind of creepy!
