Total Lunar Eclipse tonight

This year's eclipse will be best viewed by those in North America, according to NASA . If you live in Western Europe, you will be able to view the beginning of the eclipse. And if you live in Western Asia, you will be able to view the ending of the eclipse.

The eclipse will last three hours and twenty-eight minutes. If you are viewing the eclipse on the East Coast of the United States, the eclipse lasts from 1:33 a.m. through 5:01 a.m. EST. If you will be viewing the eclipse on the West Coast, the eclipse lasts from 10:33 p.m. on Dec. 20 until 2:01 a.m. PST...

Tonight's total lunar eclipse also holds special significance, since this is the first time since 1554 that it coincides with the winter solstice.

If you're not in a viable place to view the eclipse as it's happening, there's also various sites on the internet that will be streaming it live in HD... so you won't miss it where ever you are 😀

Just so YOU know, the world will NOT end before "John Carter Of Mars" is released and I have seen it at least a dozen times. I absolutely refuse to allow it. I've been waiting for 45 years to see this book made into a movie, both hoping and dreading it (hoping that it will be done properly, with decent writers who stay true to the original story and good actors whi can do justice to the roles, and dreading the concessions that would have to be made in eliminating 8 legged thoats and calots, and 4 armed Tharks and great white apes. Now that we finally have the technology to actually make Barsoom come alive, it's time to get it done correctly ) Mere global destruction, Armageddon, Ragnarok, or Twilight Of The Gods WILL NOT be allowed ti interfere with my pleasure in seeing Burroughs' greatest single work done properly.
