Trapped!!!

Okay as unbelievable as this is I am literally locked inside my own house. Our front door is a dead bolt and the knob to open it literally fell of in my hand when I went to go outside. My mum doesn't finish work for another 4 hours and the walls are closing in. I repeat... THE WALLS ARE CLOSING IN!!! Any ideas or suggestions on how I can over come cabin fever or possibly find an escape would be very much apprecitated. I might like ot add that my house is a high rise so jumping out the window is not an option unless I feel the sudden urge to die. By the time you read this I may already be free but at the moment I am really freaked out!!!

Now I've re-read that I get that the window is not an option....call a locksmith?
