Hey, found this interesting site with season 7 trivia some of its quite interesting 🙂

# In several previous episodes we have seen the characters either at the docks or at the beach in Sunnydale. Yet as the camera pans up and we see Sunnydale sink into the ground, it is completely surrounded by land. Where did the ocean go?

# When Vi leaps into the air and kicks-back a Turok-Han, she tries to land but you can tell she's strung up on a harness and wires because she seems to float a bit before her feet touch the ground again.

# When the battle between the Slayers and the Turok-Han begins, Buffy kicks one of the uber-vamps in the face but her kick is surprisingly soft. You can tell she's trying not to kick the stunt actor - who portrayed the Turok-Han - in the face, her kick is also a little off.

# When Buffy and co first look into the Hellmouth just as the Ubervamp army notices them, one of the Ubers in the centre of the screen has the prosthetic headpiece peeling off. The line between prosthetic and skin is very obvious.

# Michelle Trachtenberg (Dawn) has the last line of the series: "Yeah, Buffy. What are we gonna do now?"

Buffy's final line of dialogue is "Spike."

Wow, interesting facts. I never really thought about how her last line in the show was "Spike." Very cool. Nice find, thanks for posting.

Anyone else got some good S7 trivia to add to the thread?

Oh no I think that's horrible even though I like Spike but c'mon her last word is "Spike" that kinda sucks lol.
There's a really great trivia site out there for Buffy that I have stumbled across a few times but I have no idea what it is now, or how to find it.
I find trivia interesting - it can be a fun read, but if you read to many of these goofs then it can ruin the show for you, so I usually try to stay away.

I had noticed the Vi thing before. The first time I watched it I said to my husband "Oh, that was bad- you could totally tell she was on a harness!"

I had read the thing about the docks/beach and stuff before, too, and never really thought about it till I read that piece of trivia. Guess the writers forgot about continuity when they planned the finale? 🙂

God Almighty... And I nearly choked when Ashanti guest-starred! Imagine how horrified I'd have been if Britney had actually been on the show. Then I might have had to be ashamed a little bit. LOL

The ocean thing is quite funny. I do find trivia really interesting but sometimes when bloopers are pointed out to me, every time I see them in the future I find it really annoying, the one in Goodbye Iowa being the worsr....grrr!

Although I've made short films before and continuity is a teal bitca. I made a music video and used one of my friends who used to have quite long hair, I was going to film more footage of him and he turned up with REALLY short hair...I was like....hmmm I'll reuse what I've got! Haha. When you get caught up in something I guess you just forget things you might have mentioned/used in a scene before.

Oh man! if Britney did it I would have actually died when I watched it, 2 of my favourite things combined! Britney and Buffy!
 
Ha, I noticed the Vi and harness&wires thing too. It reminded of Buffy's scenes in Wrecked and Primeval when she kicked that Demon and Adam in the air.

I remember watching that moment for the first time and just cringed, it was so obvious from the instant cut they did that they tried to hide it. Every time I watch it now though I just laugh.

Never picked up the one about the ocean but thinking back on it its so obvious with what seems to be nothing but land around a non existant Sunnydale. Very well picked up on.
 
I think I didn't notice the missing ocean - it is obvious in retrospect, of course - the first time around but I remember asking myself why there's desert around Sunnydale. Weren't there forests and woods in several episodes? So how come there is a desert? Or is this some kind of US vegetation thing I missed out on? And I'm not being sarcastic here, I don't have a clue about desert vegetation.


I love trivia, I'm such a nerd with this kind of stuff. I usually watch an episode of any show, go to the site above and look up the trivia for it. Kind of obsessive, now that I think about it... Though I hate it when thousands of cutting mistakes are being pointed out like "Buffy's hair switches several times from being behind her ear to in front of" or silly stuff like that. That just annoys me.

OMG!!!! MAD RENT PROPS! :D I am in LOVE with RENT! :D
I just finished watching the whole series, and I started to get into a routine where after each episode I would look up the episode on wikipedia and read all the little trivia regarding that episode. It was awesome at times, but I screwed myself over every now and then when I got hit with a spoiler.
 
Yeah spoilers suck sometimes. 🙁 I remember when S7 was airing, and I didn't have the channel it came on so I couldn't watch "Chosen" till after the DVDs came out. Well, my hubby had happened to be at his mom's when it aired and he kept telling me "You're going to cry... two major characters died!" I was upset, but then I was even more upset when he wouldn't tell me which ones they were. LMFAO
 
Well, it's possible that the beach/docks were outside of Sunnydale? And they drove outside the town to go to the beach and whatnot?

But yeah, I too recently noticed the harness thing. I <3 trivia.
