Troubles with registering to the BB.

I know a person who is trying to register to the Board, but is having trouble with the final phase, the one where you have to activate your account from the e-mail sent from the BB, and I am inquiring in his stead.

This person says that when he clicks the link in the e-mail, the Board message that pops up reads: "Your e-mail address is invalid", or something along those lines.

When he tries to use the other link to use the Activation ID, nothing happens.

I had this same problem when I recently re-registered to the Board, but I was able to use the Activation ID to complete registration.

Could this problem be attributed to the recent hacking?

Please advise on this matter.

my mom had the same problem a long time ago she couldn't cause her e-mail address was blocked at one time someone else must have had it.... that could be it....🙂 but One of the admins will find out for certin

Hmm i'm not sure what is causing that. I'll point the others in this direction and we should get sorted 🙂

The problem wasn't caused by the hacking. If they could send Buffy and email at BuffySummers@Buffy-Boards.com from the account they registered with, and she will activate it.

Also, with regards to your multiple accounts, could you please tell us the username, as we don't allow multiple accounts here so it will be deleted.
