Marc Caine and Donna at the Tru Calling Yahoo! newsgroup have had e-mail confirmations from Sky that Tru Calling will be shown this April! The series will begin Tuesday April 13th on Sky One, at 8pm just before Angel. It'll then be shown every week at that time, with repeat showings on Saturdays at 6pm.

Fantastic news to all you UK hopefuls out there - finally, in three weeks time, we get to see the lovely Eliza in action!

Its gonna beat watching it on a crummy computer monitor 😉

And to have it as Angel's lead in is going to be even more spectacular. I foresee great things for TC ....
 
Thats FANTASTIC news, I'm in the UK *nod*... just hope we dont get rid of Sky Television like my Dad keeps threatening.. Damn, I'm in Portugal when it airs.
 
what about terrestrial TV?

does anyone here know when this show will be on terrestrial TV? i'm a big fan of eliza, and i wanna see how good this show is.
 
There is no confirmed date, but it will probably be within about a year. Most likely on Five or possibly BBC2. Generally, terrestrial TV likes to see how well shows do on sky / cable before putting it into a prime time position.
 
Not a long wait till it hits our screens, I am so looking forward too it!

That is Fantastic news..it will give us a chance to watch and then see if it is any good!!..cos I know it is going to be wicked!..we'll also get to see Eliza again!! 😉
 
Can't Wait

Trust me I'm counting down the days. I liked the pilot but that is the only episode I saw because I downloaded it and it rocked so if the rest of the season is that good. GOOD ON SKY ONE. And hopefully BBC2 or five sometime in the autumn.
