Tru and the characters

How Do you think characters will be?

like Faith? Bitchi? Cute? Sexy? Fighty?

i think her character will be nice and normal.
but in other hand i really like Faith and i hope she'll be like Faith.


What do you think People? 😛 :laugh1:

and what about Tru sister/brother?
i don't know which more characters will be on the show :X
 
I don't wanna Tru be like Faith........
We had Faith in BtVS and AtS but know it's time for Eliza to develope. Bsites Tru don't have super power like Faith, and has different family conditions..........
 
tru know how to fight?

i mean if she have the power to come back in time and she want to stop the man from die i think she need to know
because if the man was murdered?
 
Not to be too spoilery, but Tru does seem to know how to fight. I'm not sure how they explain it - maybe she studies martial arts, but she can take care of herself, at least in the original pilot script.

From what Eliza has said, it seems like Tru is going to be sort of Faith-like, just with a different upbringing and no superpowers.

And THAT is the best thing you could have done Tru.
 
Well, for starters, i dont think Tru is going to be going around murdering people, so shes not like Faith there. But seeing how Tru does have a totally different family condition then Faith had i dont see them being anything alike. I hope that Tru DOES know how to fight (Havent seen the pilot so I dont know if she does or not) b/c i love watching Eliza fight *ahem*

I liked Faith's tough attitude. Even after she was reformed she had this "tough" attitude. I liked it. Maybe Tru will have something of that nature 🙂
 
I hope she is very different from Faith... she nees to grow... someting completely differetnt.
 
It doesn't matter really altough as F_F said, she seems like she had some kind of martial art's skill or the ability to take care of herself if needed. I'm not complaining, as long as it's Eliza :-D.

Personally, and many of you will hate me for saying this, but I would of preferred a Faith spin-off. It already had such a devoted fan base (if you're in any BtVS/AtS/Eliza related groups, it's obvious), but many won't tune in because it isn't Faith centric.

I'm also looking at this from a professional point of view when I say that Fox is very bad to their sci-fi shows. Look at Firefly, and even the detective series Keen Eddie. Chances are, however good Tru Calling turns out to be, that it isn't going to be a long running series. I realize UPN wasn't exactly jumping at the chance for a Faith spin-off and likely couldn't of even afforded it, but the WB has commented that they're still, understandably, very intersted in Joss' work.

I think many of you will agree when I say that Eliza hasn't made the best career choices lately, despite her talent. Soul Survivors grossed just over 3 million, Wrong Turn barely made it's production costs, and City by the Sea was critically panned with the exception of her performance.

A Faith spin-off had a guaranteed fan base and solid writers, but that's just my opinion. I wish the best for Eliza, of course, and hope TC works out, but I'm naturally negative
 
I don't want to be negative... am already happy that she going to be in a show.... now i just hope it turns out for the best
