This is the last season of TB and I'm a little emotional. I wish the show followed the books in the recent seasons. Oh well, I am still a huge fan of the books and the show.

I just caught up on last season a couple weeks ago. I am looking forward to this last season.

I read all the books a while ago. The two are definitely two entirely different animals but I enjoy them both.

My favorites in the show are Eric and Jason actually. 🙂

I can't bare to watch Eric be killed if it's true. I keep hearing the writers are going to kill off a big character in the last season. I know it's the final but the majority of us love Eric. Lafayette and Pam too, I love these people!

While I'm sad that it's ending, it kinda feels right to me. I'm sorry guys, but I think that the past few seasons have been nowhere near as good. I did think season 6 was better than season 5 though.

I feel like I know already how its going to end. At least in terms of Sookie's love life - she'll end up with Bill. That thought use to annoy me no end and make me want to scream, but I feel totally defeated on that front. Now I don't care all that much and the most I can muster is a sigh. But hey, maybe (hopefully) I'm wrong 🙂

Yeah I fully agree. I guess because I am so into the books I thought the writers would take some notes on what a great story series Charlaine drew up. They changed so much of what happened in the books I almost don't recognize the characters, except Eric, and Sookie wasn't really what I had in mind for the last few seasons.

I'm still watching and holding out some hope that she won't end up with Bill lol but maybe, I've been hearing this ending a lot from other fans and it wouldn't surprise me.

Pfft lol because the writers suck like that. Since Alan Ball left, there is hardly any need to listen to the fans, plus it's going off air soon they could careless how it's ending because they know we're still gonna watch to see what happens. Lafayette and Pam are the ones to watch. Jessica is great too! I love these characters and I'm sad to see it go.

When it airs again I'll be posting here for my thoughts.

I felt like Charlaine just churned out those last few books and had lost interest in that world and just wanted it over already.

Hmmm, I dunno about that. Alan Ball is such an "Hooray Bill!" person, things would probably be the same....but with better writing. Haha.

Yeah when her books were picked up she probably wanted to get them out there asap so readers won't lose interest. I didn't finish reading the last one but I wanna see what she did to him because after this summer, no more TB.

lol Ironic yeah, AB is loving on Beel and Sook more than Sookie and Eric which is what the fans want. AB leaving made me sad and like meh, but I'm still watching the show just cuz. 😀
