Trying to find this show I saw on TV this summer?

I think it was either a CSI episode or a NCIS episode but I'm not sure anyways this was what happened in the teaser of the episode

three girls were driving drunk one of them was a girl in a wedding gown and they were driving in the desert in the middle of the night and one of them drove into the desert and ran over this woman.

the girls get arrested for drunk driving

At a guess I would say CSI: Las Vegas, but that's just going on the fact that the desert is featured a lot on that one
