Unbelievable... possible pet

Today my dad did something that just blew me away.
He found a backpack on the side of the road with a kitten in it.
And he bought it home. We've called the animal shelter and human society.
I called a friend to see if she wants the kitten also.

But 2 things are for sure. 1- mom and I want to keep it and 2- it needs to see the vet, soon.
It looks so skinny. We've feed it and it seems to be happy now. We don't know if it's a girl or boy yet.

Just shows you that some people can surprise you.
 
Awwwww.That's a shame how people would just abandon a kitten like that.I like cats but unfortunately I'm allergic to them.

It's so cute.Did you decide if you're going to keep it?It wouldn't be a bad idea.Especially if your parents love it so much.
 
I sorta thought you were gonna say a monkey or lemur or possibly an iguana, but yeah a kitten's nice as well.

It's like driving, you should have to have a license before you can have a pet (same thing with kids). So whatever happens I hope the kitten finds a nice home with lota love and understanding.

And it was awfully cute.
 
It looks like we're going to keep it.
We already started calling it Patches.

We still don't know if it's a boy or girl. But mom and I think it's a girl.
I did have some fleas, we gave it a bath in Dawn soap because someone told us that would kill the fleas.

We have an appointment with a vet in a few hours to get it checked out.
 
Awwwwwww, how cute, I would definitely keep it!

BTW I am a cat lover...I don't know what I would do without my Siamese kitty.
 
We are keeping it.
We had it checked out by a vet today.
Besides having fleas, it had some kind of worm.
They gave Patches a womer and flea medication.

Oh, kitty is a girl and we or I should say I named her Patches.
 
Awwwww, she's sooooo adorable! You definitely have to keep us updated about how she's going and post some more pics, she looks so cuuute! 😀
 
Sounds good that she didn't have any other diseases or injuries, hope everything goes well! Aww, such a cutie.

We are having fun.
But right now we're trying to teach her not to scratch the furniture and only scratch her scratching post.

It took mine about a year and a half to stop scratching furniture. She eventually quit doing it.
 
What a cutie-patootie!! AWWW! kitties. (Not a cat person. We don't get along, cats and me. i think they're super-cute though!)
