Underexplored Character

I'd say that Xander, Giles, Oz, Dawn, Tara and Gunn aren't explored enough.

On the other hand, Buffy, Angel, Willow, Spike, Faith, Wesley are way way too explored I have to admit I'm starting to get bored with them. I wanna see the other characters get fleshed out.

I agree with everyone who's mentioned Giles. He was the least explored of the core Scoobies. And as an adult he always seemed distant (probably intentionally) and there were no Giles-specific episodes after season 4. I felt he was very underexplored. And he was so awesome, but we only ever got to see the surface of him, and usually through the eyes of the kids.

Oz or Tara. They both had things lives it seems before the core four.

For a second I considered Kennedy but it looked like she had a pretty easy life up until season 7.

I'd still like to see other Slayers. The ones that came before Buffy, not the post-S7 Slayers. You could even do a complete change of settings every couple of seasons with the Slayers dying (as they do) and jump throughout history. It'd be neat.

I also want to see Oz's and Bay's adventures in child-raising, yak-farming and not-werewolfing.

Also, Rupert Giles's and Ethan Rayne's vaguely homoerotic youth adventures.

Faith is the obvious choice for me, although her mission statement couldn't be "redemption" because Angel already did that, so they would have to find a new purpose for her. Ripper does sound great, a young and reckless Giles 😀 and Ethan Rayne would come back (I've always liked his character)

Totally agree... I wish we'd gotten to see more of Faith and her background and her internal struggle between darkness and light. 🙂 And Giles' Ripper storyline was sooooo intriguing but we never got to see more than a couple glimpses. That could have been awesome!!

I also wish we'd gotten to see more of Gwen Raiden over on "Angel". She was awesome!

I would have liked to see Kate's character explored more.
