Now this looks like a fun movie.
Plot: Selene (Kate Beckinsale), a beautiful vampire warrior, is entrenched in a war between the vampire and werewolf races. Although she is aligned with the vampires, she falls in love with Michael (Scott Speedman), a werewolf who longs for the war to end.

What, what? It's like some sign; I have to see this movie. Wouldn't this almost seem like a rip off of Blade if it weren't for the werewolves? Whatever, Beckinsale is hot...🙄

Almost? ... make that entirly, nevertheless it sounds and looks cool!
 
I did see the trailer (although I don't have the link...sorry) and to me, there are alot of cinimatography moments that are complete ripoffs of Birds Of Prey as is the poster that has been put out for the movie. And despite all of this, I can't help but fing the plot intriguing 🙂
 
Promising Vampire flick on the way: Underworld

It's a Vampires and Werewolves meets Romeo and Juliet story.

A Vampire 'deathdealer' (Lycan, or werewolf killer) falls in love with a werewolf. What will they think of next?

Despite the cliche of the theme, it actually looks like it might be very good, if only by virtue of the trailer.

Nice trailer, but it looks like they stole wardrobe from the sets of Blade II and The Matrix! 😉

Seriously, the "Lycans" have a cool look... almost like gargoyles. I also like the superhuman vampire effects (leaping off the building and chasing down a speeding car). If the plot keeps up it's end, I'm hooked!
 
I don't care if it borrows effects from 10000 movies... i'm seeing this... i actually decided to see it since i heard the romeo and juliet theme, the trailer sold it even more to me
