Undeveloped Character Friendships?

Buffy and Faith, it had a lot of potential and I wish we would have gotten to see it develop further at some point, either before or after it got ripped to shreds.

So many great ideas in this thread! I've loved reading everyone's input so thank you all for responding. 😀 I agree with so many of these. Tara and Spike with basically everyone! Buffy and Faith could've been such a badass pair of slayer mates. Dawn and Connor, oh my god. So much teenage angst.
