Unnormal parent behaviour..

Anyone have any good stories?
I have one! I was shopping with my mother, and we were looking at underwear (my last time shopping underwear with my mother!), and we were looking at some underwear and she said: "You could save this for special occasions"...Uh, what? What special occasions was she talking about? ::rolf:: I know she didn't mean it like that, it came out wrong, but I wish I could have seen my face! ::rolf::
 
Yeah...lol...that's a good one...

My father started going off about having relations with some girl on our kitchen table...that's a convo I wish I could erase...lol

Just as much as the day that my mother went off about her and her boyfriend that's 18 years younger than her making it on the stairs to her apartment complex...

...kids should never have to hear such things about their parents...*shudders* My parents are abnormal in general...lol...

I think I'd fall in a coma if I ever heard anything like that from or about my parents! *shudders*
 
My mother is completely off key!

SHE WEARS MY CLOTHES! MY CLOTHES!!

I find her pinching my tops and jeans and no offence to my mum but she's nearly 40 and 'bigger' then me!

And her favorite band...wait for it...OUTKAST! It's just oh so very creepy!

And untill 2 years ago she was clubbing!

I think when My mom let me get my tougue peirced and let me get my first tattoo when I was 15.....so I think that was strange and 2 days ago she told me to have sex with my boyfriend...I never thought somone like her would say that.....expecialy when my 15 year old cousin just had a baby. (My family is a tad crazy....well my mothers side....DAMN EUROPEANS)
My dad never did anything strange, he dont know about my 2nd tattoo on my hip bone. Hes strict (cuz he comes from a pretty traditional chinese family.....how my parents manage to still b together baffles me!!) and he would never agree to let me do things my mom does......But he did let me take his BMW Z3 out once and I only had my permit! THAT WAS HELL-A FUN!!!
 
My parents are always making little remarks about the two of them and i'm like 'don't want to hear it.' Or my dad will say something and my mom will be like 'Your daughter is sitting right here' and hes all 'shes 15 like she hasn't heard stuff' and then i leave the room lol.
 
My mom'll go out in the front yard in her night gown, check the mail, water the lawn... Then she talks to people, neighbours, joggers, the mailman... Whoever.

My dad likes to engage waitresses and cashiers in conversation... When it's obvious (to everyone but him) that they are really busy and that there's a HUGE line. Hell tell them jokes, compliment them... Just keep talking. I usually end up abandoning him... I go cuddle up to my embarrassment in the car.

That's just like my mom... only she doesn't care that I'm in the room. It's so creepy though because they make these little sometimes subtle jokes and I'm like... *beat* Wait... WHAT?!?!?!?...... And then I have to go cut my ears off.
 
My mom's cool, but a little neurotic. She was once reaching for a pack of cokes in the back of the shelf, and got half of her body in there and started yelling "Brittany!...I'm stuck!!" She's fun like that, but sometimes it's like...MOM! And whenever Kid Rock comes on (she's in love with him) she'll yell out "stripper music!" and start dancing in the car....*shakes head* My dad doesn't really embarrass me...but we have this ongoing battle of who can get the other in trouble the most.

Next time he says that, answer: "I could be 5, 15 or 50, it still would be creepy" lol
 
Ehh... My dad often fart and burp and laugh at it as if it was the funniest thing in the world *ewww* and his farts smell I can tell you that 😉
 
my parents don't ussualy embarres me mutch.. just the ocassionall jokes or comenteries for eacth other that you guys already talked abou.. but it's still very creepy.. i mean i get this mental images.. that will need years of therapy to get out of my head *shrugs..*
oh weel it could be worse.. i get most of my embarresment from my friends.. i'v got one guy that in the middle of the mall start's to sing really loud.. and we ussually pretend we don't know him, utill he stops..
then one other laughs like he's having an asma atack, so we can't really tell jokes around him, because he one time choke.. ::eyes1:: .. then theres one of the girls who talks really loud.. i mean she almost yells at people.. when i'm on the fone with her, i have to put the volume in the minimal and she still is heard in the other room... i've got more friends so imagine.. my problem isn't really my parents.. *beat* i really have to get some new friends..
 
Thank you all...I've been taking notes and I am now convinced that I will be the most annoying parent ever...I'll wear my nightgown out, talk to people who don't have the time to listen to my endless prattle about my latest sexual conquest while dancing to the latest Kid Rock tune and raiding my daughters closet...and I'll do it all while belching and farting and scratching myself...oh yeah...I'm gonna be loved...maybe I can even show up where they hang out and try to act like their best friend...keep it coming...this is good stuff...😀
