I never got the appeal of Firefly. I tried! Oh, how I tried! But I never could get into it. 🙁

There were a couple of good episodes, but it never had the chance to find it's feet. They knew they had been canned before they had even a chance to fully
introduce all the main characters properly..... 🙁

What is my most unpopular opinion?
Could it be that because Trump is the President Elect of America; then America is not a religious country?
We already know that Trump does not believe in God as he is in favour of mining for coal, that will bring about the fires of fossil fuel. But in his favour the Paris debate was for the world to limit its pollution by the year 2030, hopefully Trump will not be president in 2030 so it's nothing to do with him and he can (and probably will) help to destroy the world in the meantime. Though American's might get employment, in the short term.
Does climate control have anything to do with saving the planet. He goes on about helping America even though burning fossil fuels will help cause a state in the Gulf of Mexico to lose about a football pitch of land each hour because of the rising water level. And how many animals or insects die on that land, how many of Gods creations will be killed because of Donald Trump?

You may well hate Obama but at least he wanted to try to help save the planet. That is as far as I'm aware a good unpopular opinion.

King of Comedy is one of Martin Scorsese's top five best ever films. And Robert De Niro's performance in the same film is one of his best ever too.

I hate Tom Hiddleston and Marvel movies are crap, because they do the same thing over and over and over again. Especially their villains are ugh!

I have to disagree with you about Tom Hiddleston and the Marvel movies being crap in general. However, Age of Ultron definitely seemed like a retread of the first Avengers film and most of the marvel villains don't leave much of an impression. Loki seems like literally the only decent villain in the MCU so far.

I prefer the old X-Men movies and Watchmen as comic book films, to the ones out today.

I agree about the X-Men movies (though Last Stand was a disappointment because you can just see the potential there that was wasted. A longer runtime would've benefitted Last Stand greatly), however I have to disagree about Watchmen. I thought the Watchmen movie was crap.

I didn't mind the Watchmen movie. It was just a little long winded at times, and it stuck too close to the source material. It wasn't cinematic enough.

did they stick too close to the source material? I thought the comics were crap so it was no surprise to find the films pretty much the same.
I do agree that the Watchmen film did become a tad boring/ long winded. That came about 15 minutes after the start and 15 minutes before the end.

What if the KKK ran the show, if VP Pence was there would they follow him, that doesn't say much about them.

Can't say for sure as I've not read it. But when discussing it with a friend who had, that's what he thought. It wouldn't surprise me since Snyder is such a big comic book fan, and not a very good film director😛

- Eliza dushku only impressed me as an actress with her role as Faith (Eliza was born to play Faith) and her role as Alice Bloom when she was a child.
- I hate Dollhouse and Tru calling, and Eliza wasn't reaching her full potential in those roles.

Not sure it makes sense to say she only impressed you as Faith and then to say the other parts didn't push her to her full potential. Alice Bloom was Eliza's character in That Night not true lies and I don't know, I just wasn't feeling Eliza's other characters like I did with Faith but maybe that's just because Faith set the bar high :/

Feminist openly make bogus claims like one out of every five women get raped?
like rape is a terrible thing and no victim of its should be discouraged to report it but that is insane,that is claiming over 900 million women currently living have been raped and i severely doubt so.

Am I the only one who never actually met a feminist who hates men, or believes in any of the ridiculous things that people accuse feminism of? I mean, I've seen some crazy feminists online (EVERYTHING is crazy online), but in real life, all the feminists I've met were very nice people. And I consider myself to be a feminist too.
