Sort of sounds like a Zombified version of Tru Calling. I agree this sounds like it might work better as a dramedy, rather than a horror show.

That's actually what popped into mind when I read the description. At first I couldn't place it, and then I was like dam, it's Tru Calling, but with zombies. According to wikipedia (take that for what you will), it is suppose to be a comedy. So we'll just have to wait and see! If it's anything like Tru Calling, I'm definitely watching.

It's a comedy, but its more like Veronica Mars than Tru Calling (of course I never saw Tru Calling) as she runs around solving crime. It will depend on how closely the show remains to the comic book, but from what I hear they only go on the main premise, she being a zombie.

iZombie sounds pretty ridiculous. But not in a bad way! It's a really crazy concept. It could definitely work and become something unique. However, it's risky and could turn out to be complete trash.
