So, I looked this up just a little bit ago after watching Morena Baccarin's episode of "Kitchen Confidential".

It starts in November, I believe, and looks fairly interesting. You can see a preview for it on ABC.com.

I'm surprised to see Elizabeth Mitchell (from LOST) in the cast; I didn't like her at first on LOST but I guess she's okay. Laura Vandervoort (Supergirl from "Smallville") is also in the cast... I kind of like her, but she's a bit dull as an actress.

Anyway, who's planning on watching? I'm considering adding this to the shows I'll allow myself to watch (while school's in session).
 
Yeah, I've known Elizabeth Mitchell was involved in this for awhile because rumors were flying around that she'd be killed off LOST due to her being in the V pilot. ABC tried to play it off like she was just a guest star but I think she's actually THE star or at least one of them. Anyway, she was fantastic in her last (so far) appearance on LOST so I'd be glad to see her getting work. Good to see Morena too, although the short hair REALLY doesn't suit her. She looked so much better on Firefly.
 
He. I watched the original too when it came here. Thought it was more than scary enough. Not so much now that I've seen reruns. 😛 Not sure if I'd given this a chance if it wasn't for some of the cast. Which is silly I know but just how it is.
 
I saw and enjoyed both of the original movies and the series. A bit of a rep off of the old scifi classic story "To Serve Man," but still quite entertaining. I think that I've still got the two movies on VHS somewhere.
 
And knowing that Scott Peters(who helmed The 4400)already sealed the deal for me to add V to the list.

It's going to be interesting to see how Peters reboots V, considering that Kenneth Johnson had his own ideas about expanding the original V(even writing a novel titled V: The Second Generation). But Peters always made The 4400 interesting to watch, if a bit jarring at times.

Frk: It should be noted that Tudyk isn't listed in the official cast list as released by ABC; he may only be in the pilot.
 
I just watched the first ep... Wow they have done well it does run similar to the original so far. So i'll be watching the next episode when I can.

If you can't catch it originally, ABC has full eps on their website...

OR wait until Saturday, when Hulu posts it.
 
I'm starting to love this show, the other night's episode was awesome! Can't wait until next week.
