Could this be the new BSG?

I have to say that the cast is impressive and I know a few members will like them

I'll be honest, I'll probably give this ago.
 
Yeah, that cast looks great although I'm sad they stole Juliet away from LOST. I'm not familiar with V or what it's about but it's good to know there is some onscreen talent involved.
 
Having watched that... it looks pretty epic.

Though i'm easily impressed with these types of things... I would say...definately yes.... renew it now lol and give us a great story.

I'm aware of Caprica, but to be honest I'm not sure about it.
I have no odea how it will work as a prequel series because its an entirely different show.

If it was set during the war, fair enough, but its not and they really can't do much with the Cylons.

Yeah it does look good, but seeing Elizabeth Mitchell kind of worries me. No Juliet in the final season of Lost !

OK, so this is for 2010, but with the amount of clips and amazing looking CGI, I have to wonder how much of this is already filmed - with that in mind, its quite plausible that with enough filmed, Juliet could be in Lost - especially as they are both for ABC.

Just watched an interview with her on Jimmy Kimmel and she says she filmed season 5 of Lost and V at the same time, that they sent her back and forth between both shows.
So she could return. Busy lady.
 
Although COMPLETELY different...i remember watching a 'heroes' teaser way back when... and being completely blown away...all the while listening to various idots tell me it would never work... this show very much has the very same feel for me.

Every year a new show comes along that blows us away and I really think Al, you've found the 09/10 hit.
 
I saw the trailer for this earlier today and it looks great!

I'm not sure if it'll be the new BSG, since that's damn hard to do, but I have a feeling it will be a new favorite of mine. Plus, the cast looks absolutely stellar.
 
Elizabeth Mitchell will be back on "Lost" next season, but not as a regular. (And possibly only in flashbacks, depending on what happened to her character in the final second of the past season.)

Normally, I'm allergic to remakes. I usually find them to be nothing but creatively lazy, soulless shortcuts designed to make big money for Hollywood without actually having to bother telling an original story.

But...Elizabeth Mitchell, Morena Baccarin and Alan Tudyk all on the same show? How could I miss that?
 
I always enjoyed the original, though it did seem to be something of a ripoff of the old scifi classic, "To Serve Man." It'll be interesting to see just exactly how they handle the story this time.
 
How did I know Morena was in this but not Alan? :blush: Tought I'd give this a try and will most likely still do. But can't say that the trailer did much for me (this was the first time I watched it), and I won't watch the oreview. When the first series aired I know my parents didn't want me watching it but somehow I've seen most of the episodes (if not all) anyway so it would be fun to compare.
 
well anyone who knows my Juliet and general Elizabeth love then they'll know im tuning in for that alone 🙂

The original V is one of my alltime favourite shows (i'm talking about the original miniseries and V: the final battle, not that sorry piece of crap tv show they did afterwards, urgh that sucked) So i hope this remake does it justice. It looks pretty good from the vids.
I'm not as bothered as the rest of you about Juliet maybe not being in Lost. Such a crap character.
